If you are a mid-market operator with a real data estate, several systems to integrate, and a compliance review to clear, Build Scoping is $3,500, a Proof of Concept runs from $15,000, a Governance Install runs from $12,500, and Fractional CAIO runs from $4,000 to $8,000 a month. The mid-market prices apply if you have a real data estate, several systems that need to be integrated, and a formal compliance review to clear before anything launches. On the Custom AI track, each early step credits forward: the AI Business Accelerator ($1,997) and Build Scoping ($3,500) both credit in full toward your production build, so you buy certainty one step at a time without paying twice. On the AI Visibility and Growth ladders, your last paid execution step (from $497) credits in full toward the next stage, one step, no stacking. The one exception is the web build ladder, where the Web Build Lab, the 3-Day Build Intensive, and the Website Build are each a different build, so each is priced on its own.

Growth Systems are month-to-month after implementation. AI Visibility carries a 90-day initial term because that's how long real visibility takes. Custom builds bill by milestone. Yes. Your website, CRM, and AI systems run in your own accounts and under your firm's name. For custom builds, code ownership is set in the engagement agreement (in most builds you keep the code we write), and model ownership is defined per engagement (open-weight models hosted for you are owned, frontier models used by API are licensed).
