Two founder-led half-day sessions with your leadership team, about four hours each. Before them, your team completes short pre-work: each executive takes our AI readiness assessment, you run our 24-control governance check, and staff answer an anonymous pulse on the AI tools they use. Session one reads your posture from those results and decides which tools are approved. Session two shapes your draft AI use policy and sets the priority order, and every decision goes into a decision log with an owner and a date.
Ten deliverables. Before the sessions: a leadership readiness map, a governance gap register, and a shadow AI inventory. In the room: an approved tools register, a firm-branded draft AI use policy, and a decision log. Within five business days: the governance pack (roadmap, ROI case for your top three AI uses, and a 90-day sequence), a one-page board brief, and a vendor data-terms checklist. Then a 45-minute check-in at 30 days.
