For nonprofits · Florida solicitation rules aware

Your donors now ask AI where to give.

Ask ChatGPT where to donate to your cause in your city and it names a few groups. We make yours one of those names. But most of the money is in the donors you already have, so we also build the thank-you, second-gift, and monthly giving follow-up your staff has no time to send.

Aday Interactive, Inc. is a Coral Gables AI systems firm. We help Florida nonprofits get named by AI engines when donors ask where to give, and we build donor follow-up that runs on its own. Donation pages and receipts are built with Florida's Solicitation of Contributions Act (Fla. Stat. ch. 496) and IRS gift receipt rules in mind.

No credit card, and no obligation.

The new first impression

Donors ask AI before they give.

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI answers now hand donors a short list of names, and they cite the sources they trust. We build so your nonprofit is one they can find, trust, and cite by name.

Why this matters right now

Most nonprofits do not have a new-donor problem. They have a follow-up problem. Three gaps sit underneath it: thank-yous that come too late, lapsed donors no one has time to call, and AI answers that name bigger groups first.

  1. 01First-time donors give once and never hear back in time
  2. 02Lapsed donors sit in a spreadsheet
  3. 03AI engines name the bigger organizations
One gift

First-time donors give once and never hear back in time

The thank-you goes out a week later, or not at all. There is no second ask, no invite to give monthly. A donor who feels ignored after the first gift is less likely to give again.

Lapsed

Lapsed donors sit in a spreadsheet

Years of past donors, and no one has time to reach out. During year-end and Give Miami Day a small staff does follow-up by hand, so the people who already said yes once get skipped.

Bigger names

AI engines name the bigger organizations

When a donor asks AI where to give, the engine names groups whose mission, programs, and nonprofit status it can read. A small group doing great work with a thin website does not make the list.

Run the check. Count last year's first-time donors and how many gave again. Then ask ChatGPT where to give to your cause in your city, and see whose name comes back.

Free estimate · your numbers only

What are the first-time donors who never give again worth to your cause?

For gift value, use what a repeat donor gives in a typical year, not your biggest gift. Pick your main service, then move the sliders to your own numbers.

Each choice loads starting values for that kind of work. They are rough examples, not industry data.

This is an estimate, not a prediction. Not every one of these is winnable, and we will not tell you what your rate will become. Nobody honestly can. Based only on the numbers you enter. Not a projection, benchmark, or guarantee of results. Nothing you enter is sent to us.

How to read this estimate. It multiplies the numbers you enter, nothing more. It does not count costs, refunds or unpaid bills, seasonal swings, or how much new work your team can take on. The starting values are rough examples, not industry data or results from any firm. This is not legal, financial, or tax advice, and Aday Interactive, Inc. does not promise any result.

How Aday Interactive, Inc. helps

Four disciplines, matched to what your organization needs first.

  1. 01Keep the donors you already have Start here
  2. 02Get named when donors ask AI where to give
  3. 03A donation page that is fast, clear, and complete
  4. 04Use AI with donor data, with rules your board signs

01

Built around donor rules

Donation pages, receipts, and texts are built with Florida's solicitation law and the IRS receipt rules in mind from the first draft. Your board or counsel keeps final review.

02

Follow-up your staff does not have to send

A small team cannot write every thank-you by hand during year-end or Give Miami Day. The system sends it on time, every time, and hands real replies to a person.

03

Honest measurement

We track second gifts, monthly sign-ups, and AI mentions on a set schedule. We never promise a giving total or a specific AI answer, because no honest firm can.

Pricing

What it costs for nonprofit organizations

Nonprofits usually start with the donors they already have: a fast thank-you, a second-gift ask, and win-back notes for lapsed donors. Then AI visibility, so engines name the cause when donors ask where to give. Starting floors; your exact number comes from one consultation.

Reputation, Booking, or Follow-Up Engine Lab $500 each One engine built with you; 30 days on the platform includedNot included: The platform seat after 30 days (Solo, $349)
Engine, Done for You $950 each The same engine built for you; 30 days on the platform includedNot included: The platform seat after 30 days (Solo, $349)

Hosted builders (Squarespace, Wix, HubSpot) route this work through settings panels and add markup of their own, so it takes longer there: $3,400Not included: The Firm Map ($197) first; full body rewrites, quoted
Website Build from $8,500 10 to 15 pages of original copy, bespoke design, migration with a redirect map, AEO foundation, training, 30 days of tuningNot included: A platform seat, only if the site runs a Growth System
Platform seat $349 Solo, $649 Practice, or $1,149 Group, a month Software, hosting, backups, monitoring, a monthly health check, email support, and a usage allowance (Practice adds the AI voice agent and AI chat)Not included: No scheduled hours; usage above the allowance at $0.03 a text segment and $0.25 a voice minute

Worked example

A nonprofit with lapsed donors in a spreadsheet

The Follow-Up Engine, done for you ($950): a donor pipeline, thank-you and second-gift follow-up, and win-back for lapsed donors, with 30 days on the platform included. Then the Solo seat ($349 a month).

From $950, then $349 a month.

Each step is bought on its own; this is an example, not a bundle. Hours, usage, credits, and payment terms are the same for every industry and are on the pricing page.

Questions organization leaders ask

7 answers
How do donors find nonprofits through ChatGPT?
They ask by cause and place, like "where can I donate to help foster kids in Miami," and the engine names a few organizations whose sites clearly state their mission, programs, location, and nonprofit status in a form it can read. Great work that lives only in a PDF annual report is hard for an engine to use. We structure your mission, programs, and proof so the engine can name you. We do not guarantee a citation, because engines decide on their own. We build for it and measure it honestly.
How fast should we thank a donor?
As fast as you can. The same day is a good rule, and minutes is better. No law sets a deadline for a thank-you note. The IRS rule is about the receipt: for a gift of $250 or more, the donor needs a written acknowledgment by the day they file their tax return for that year, or its due date if that comes first (IRC §170(f)(8)). A thank-you email sent right after the gift can carry that receipt, so one message does both jobs.
What do we have to put on a donation page in Florida?
Florida's Solicitation of Contributions Act (Fla. Stat. §496.411) asks for your organization's name, the state where its main office is, and what the gifts are for, at the point where you ask. If you must register with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), any web page that takes gifts online must clearly show the state's required statement that a copy of your registration and financial information is available from the Division of Consumer Services, with its toll-free number and website, and registration does not mean the state endorses you. Registered groups also print their registration number on printed solicitations and receipts. Aday Interactive, Inc. is not a law firm and Brandon Aday is not a lawyer, so confirm the details with your counsel.
Can you text donors in Florida?
Yes, with consent. Get a clear yes before the first text, say who is texting, and stop the moment someone replies STOP. Federal law (the TCPA) requires prior consent for automated texts to cell phones, and Florida's telephone solicitation law (Fla. Stat. §501.059) adds its own rules for sales texts. Some nonprofit exemptions exist, but they are narrow, so we build every donor text flow consent-first. Carrier registration fees are passed through at cost.
What do we owe a donor who gets something back, like a gala ticket?
A written statement. If a donor pays more than $75 and gets goods or services in return, the IRS requires you to tell them in writing that only the amount above the value of what they received is deductible, and to give a good-faith estimate of that value (IRC §6115). We build that wording into gala and event receipts so your staff does not type it by hand.
How do we win back lapsed donors?
Start with the list you already have. We sort lapsed donors by when they last gave and how much, then send each group a short, personal note with a real reason to give again, like a new program or a matching gift. Replies go to a person on your team. This is our database reactivation work, run for donors.
What does it cost?
It starts free with the assessment. Most nonprofits then start with one Growth Systems engine: $500 built with you in an afternoon, or $950 done for you, with 30 days on the platform included. After that, the platform seat starts at $349 a month. Bigger work, like a full donor system, a new website, or AI visibility, is priced on our pricing page. Each step is priced on its own. Two exceptions: the Growth Systems Intensive credits toward Implementation, and Custom AI Build Scoping credits toward the Proof of Concept, when you start within 60 days.

Response time

Response time is a target, not a promise. Our AI intake agents aim to answer in under 60 seconds, and typically respond within one to three minutes. Actual timing depends on third-party voice, SMS, and network delivery, which we do not control. We measure the real number and report it in your dashboard rather than guarantee it. Speed also depends on correct account setup, carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), and your intake configuration.
