For schools · Child privacy and consent rules aware

Parents now ask AI where to enroll.

Ask ChatGPT for the best bilingual preschool or private school near you and it names a few. We make yours one of those names. But most enrollments are lost after the first question, so we also build the fast reply, tour reminders, and follow-up your admissions team has no time to send.

Aday Interactive, Inc. is a Coral Gables AI systems firm. We help private schools, preschools, child care centers, and tutoring programs get named by AI engines when parents ask where to enroll, and we build enrollment follow-up that runs on its own, in English and Spanish. Forms, texts, and admissions pages are built with child privacy and consent rules in mind.

No credit card, and no obligation.

The new first impression

Parents ask AI before they enroll.

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI answers now hand parents a short list of names, and they cite the sources they trust. We build so your school is one they can find, trust, and cite by name.

Why this matters right now

Most schools do not have a demand problem. They have a follow-up problem. Three gaps sit underneath it: inquiries that wait too long for a reply, tours that never turn into applications, and AI answers that name other schools first.

  1. 01Family inquiries wait for a reply
  2. 02Tours happen, then nothing
  3. 03AI engines name other schools
Next day

Family inquiries wait for a reply

A parent fills out the form at 9 at night or calls during carpool. The reply comes the next day, or the day after. By then the family has booked a tour somewhere else.

Toured

Tours happen, then nothing

The family loved the visit. No one follows up until the application deadline, and the seat stays empty. During open house season and re-enrollment, a small office cannot reach everyone by hand.

Other names

AI engines name other schools

When a parent asks AI where to enroll, the engine names schools whose programs, ages, location, and languages it can read. A great school with a thin website does not make the list.

Run the check. Count last month's inquiries and how many booked a tour. Then ask ChatGPT for the best school like yours in your neighborhood, and see whose name comes back.

Free estimate · your numbers only

What are the families who ask and never enroll worth to your school?

For value, use one year of tuition after aid, not the total over all the years a child could stay. Pick your main service, then move the sliders to your own numbers.

Each choice loads starting values for that kind of work. They are rough examples, not industry data.

How Aday Interactive, Inc. helps

Four disciplines, matched to what your school needs first.

  1. 01Answer every family, then follow up to enrollment Start here
  2. 02Get named when parents ask AI where to enroll
  3. 03An admissions site that is fast, clear, and complete
  4. 04Use AI with student data, with rules your board signs

01

Built around child privacy rules

Forms, texts, and admissions pages are built with children's privacy and consent rules in mind from the first draft. Your head of school or counsel keeps final review.

02

Follow-up your office does not have to send

A small admissions team cannot answer every inquiry by hand during open house season or re-enrollment. The system replies on time, every time, and hands real questions to a person.

03

Honest measurement

We track reply time, tours booked, applications, and AI mentions on a set schedule. We never promise an enrollment number or a specific AI answer, because no honest firm can.

Aday Interactive, Inc. builds admissions pages, enrollment follow-up, and AI visibility systems with reference to Florida's child care advertising rule (Fla. Stat. §402.318), the private school survey rule (Fla. Stat. §1002.42), COPPA where a site collects data from children under 13, FERPA where it applies, the FTC rules on reviews and testimonials, and the TCPA and Fla. Stat. §501.059 for texts. Questions school leaders ask

10 answers
How do parents find schools through ChatGPT?
They ask by age, program, and place, like "bilingual preschool in Coral Gables" or "private middle school near me with small classes," and the engine names a few schools whose sites clearly state their programs, ages, location, languages, and hours in a form it can read. Great details that live only in a PDF brochure are hard for an engine to use. We structure your programs and proof so the engine can name you. We do not guarantee a citation, because engines decide on their own. We build for it and measure it honestly.
How fast should we answer a family inquiry?
Within minutes if you can, and the same day at the latest. Parents often contact two or three schools at once, and the first school to reply with a tour time is usually the one they visit first. A missed call can get a text back within seconds, and a form can get a reply with a tour link right away, in English or Spanish. Real questions still go to a person.
What must a child care center put in its ads and on its website?
Its license or registration number. Florida law says any ad for a child care facility, family child care home, or large family child care home must include its state or local license or registration number (Fla. Stat. §402.318). We put it on every page and ad we build for a licensed center. The license itself must also be posted inside the facility, and parents get the state's child care brochure, ideally before they enroll (Fla. Stat. §402.3125). Aday Interactive, Inc. is not a law firm and Brandon Aday is not a lawyer, so confirm the details with your counsel.
Can a private school say it is registered or approved by the state?
Be careful with that wording. Florida private schools file a yearly survey with the Department of Education, and the law says that filing may not be used to suggest approval or accreditation by the Department (Fla. Stat. §1002.42(2)(h)). Name the accrediting bodies you actually belong to, and leave out "state approved." Schools in Florida scholarship programs also publish their programs, services, and teacher qualifications for parents, online or in writing (Fla. Stat. §1002.421(1)(j)).
Do COPPA and FERPA apply to our school?
It depends on the school and the tool. COPPA covers commercial websites and apps aimed at children under 13, or that know a user is under 13, and requires a parent's verifiable consent before collecting a child's personal information. Since April 22, 2026, sharing that data with third parties needs a separate consent (16 CFR §312.5). A parent-facing admissions site usually collects from parents, not children, and the FTC says COPPA does not reach nonprofits. FERPA covers student records at schools that receive U.S. Department of Education funds (34 CFR §99.1); most private schools do not. We build forms that collect from parents, keep student data out of AI tools that are not approved, and leave the final call to your counsel.
Can you text parents about tours and enrollment?
Yes, with consent. Get a clear yes before the first text, say who is texting, and stop the moment someone replies STOP. Federal law (the TCPA) requires consent for many automated texts to cell phones, and Florida's telephone solicitation law (Fla. Stat. §501.059) adds its own rules for sales texts, including written consent for automated ones. We build every family text flow consent-first. Carrier registration fees are passed through at cost.
What does it cost?
It starts free with the assessment. Most schools then start with one Growth Systems engine: $497 built with you in one day, or $997 done for you, with 30 days on the platform included. After that, the platform seat starts at $349 a month. Bigger work, like a full enrollment system, a new website, or AI visibility, is priced on our pricing page. The pricing section on this page lists what schools usually buy. Each step is priced on its own. Two exceptions: the Growth Systems Intensive credits toward Implementation, and Custom AI Build Scoping credits toward the Proof of Concept, when you start within 60 days.
Can you build our school its own online learning academy?
Yes. We build and run branded academies on your own domain, with your name and colors: staff training and onboarding, parent courses, or student and summer programs. Three run today. learn.adayinteractive.com is our own, with two free academies and 57 lessons. LegalCRM Academy runs on the same platform under another brand, with intake courses for law firm teams. And LeanPivot Learning, our sister company's platform, adds AI-guided courses and step-by-step playbooks. Public lessons are written so search and AI engines can read them, and every lesson carries structured data. An academy for students under 13 is set up with a parent's consent first, under COPPA. Setup starts at $6,497, and each course from your own material is $2,397. A staff academy with one course and private sign-in comes to $10,091, plus the Academy Seat at $349 a month. Certificates, completion reports, and paid courses for outside schools are added when you need them, and the pricing section on this page lists each one.
Can we ask parents for reviews?
Yes, if you ask every family the same way and every review is real. The FTC's rule on reviews (16 CFR Part 465) bans fake reviews, perks for good reviews only, and hiding or threatening bad ones, and its Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) say to disclose any perk a reviewer got. We set up a review request that goes to every enrolled family after a milestone, never to prospects. This is our Reputation Engine.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Inquiry replies, tour reminders, and admissions pages in English and Spanish are a core part of what we build for Miami families. A Spanish-speaking parent gets the same fast, clear answer in the language they used.

Response time

Response time is a target, not a promise. Our AI intake agents aim to answer in under 60 seconds, and typically respond within one to three minutes. Actual timing depends on third-party voice, SMS, and network delivery, which we do not control. We measure the real number and report it in your dashboard rather than guarantee it. Speed also depends on correct account setup, carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), and your intake configuration.
