Each rule carries a fixed weight based on how much it moves conversion. Blocking rules like HTTPS and a mobile viewport weigh the most, then critical rules like a primary call to action and a lead form, then important and advisory rules. A failed rule loses its weight, a partial pass loses part of it, and the total is scaled to 100. The number comes from the formula, not from an AI guess, so the same site always gets the same score.

It reads the HTML your server sends. It cannot judge visual hierarchy, typography, or whether the copy persuades. A form delivered as an iframe or built by JavaScript is invisible to it, so form length shows as not measured on those sites. A site built on a page builder clears the mechanical checks for free, so we name the builder when we detect one and treat it as context, not a penalty.
