The Aday AI Lab is the one-day version of the 90-day implementation. You come to our Coral Gables studio and we build your AI workforce alongside you in a five-hour session — an AI receptionist, a lead-qualification bot, a custom internal copilot, and the automations that connect them. Done-with-you, not done-for-you: you leave owning a system you understand and control.

The five-hour build

9:00–9:30Kickoff & scope lock — walk the 6-pillar snapshot, pick the one agent + automations that matter most, confirm site/CRM access in the room.
9:30–11:00AI front door — deploy the web-chat receptionist, train it, wire the booking handoff and CRM capture.
11:15–12:15Lead-qualification bot — build the qualifying pathway and pipeline-routing logic.
12:45–1:45Automations + copilot — wire the review engine, missed-call text-back, and pipeline automation; build one vertical copilot.
1:45–2:00Launch & handoff — go live, test each agent, credentials handoff, 30-day trial activated.
