An AI web-chat receptionist trained on your FAQs and services, a lead-qualification bot that routes leads into your pipeline, one custom internal copilot for your vertical, and your automation layer wired, including review requests and missed-call text-back. Chat, booking and the pipeline are live when you walk out. Email sequences are live once your sending domain verifies (the DNS records are in the prep pack). Texting switches on the day your carrier registration clears.
US carriers block business texting from a number until its brand and campaign are registered (A2P 10DLC). That usually clears in one to ten business days and can take longer, so we file it the day you book, not on the day. Your text-back is built and tested in the room on a registered number and switches on the moment yours clears. If you bring a number that already texts from a registered campaign, texting is live on the day.
It is a one-day, in-person build at our Coral Gables studio, in a founding cohort capped at 4 owners. It runs on the third Thursday of every month, week 3 of the lab month (the Web Build Lab is week 1 and the AI Visibility Lab is week 2, so a firm can take all three in one month), about five hours, from a 1:00 PM kickoff to a 6:00 PM launch and handoff. A working website you can add a line of code to, and the authority to change it. A short fit call confirms the seat before you are invoiced, and no card is required to apply. Paying the seat invoice is what lets us open your account on the platform in your firm's name and start the clock. Ten days before the lab you get a short prep pack: your EIN and address for carrier registration, sign-in links for your calendar and Google Business Profile, DNS records for your IT, and your choice of a new number or porting your existing one (porting takes one to three weeks). The seat includes 30 days of platform access and support, and it credits in full toward the 90-day Implementation. The lab is a fast first build you own, a focused starting point, not the full multi-month implementation across every workflow; if you continue, it gives you a working head start.
