The Growth Systems Intensive is a single founder-led working day from Aday Interactive, Inc., focused on where your operation leaks revenue: intake speed, follow-up, booking, reputation, attribution, and database health. The morning is diagnosis across all six pillars, worked through together with your real numbers, one on one with Brandon. The afternoon is a build session in your account on the platform, opened in your firm's name the day the invoice is paid: the intake flow, the follow-up sequence, and the missed-call text-back, built and tested end to end before you log off. Texting goes live the day your carrier registration clears; we file it the day you book, and it usually clears within two weeks. Within five business days you receive the written pack for everything that comes after. This is the day for the firm that wants the plan and a working start, not a group build.

  • Your account, opened when the invoice is paid: a sub-account on the platform in your firm's name, included through 30 days after your day, then yours to keep from $349 a month or credited toward the Implementation. If you already run on the platform, we work in your existing account instead.
  • The prep pack, ten days before: with your account open, we file your carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) under your business, send the DNS records for your sending domain and the sign-in links for your calendar and Google Business Profile, and check it all three days out, so the day is spent building, not waiting.
  • A written deliverable pack within five business days: the automation blueprint, KPI dashboard specification, and a 90-day implementation sequence your team, or ours, can execute.
  • Your $500 Aday AI Lab credits in full toward the Intensive ($1,450 net), and the Intensive credits in full toward the Implementation (from $4,500) if we execute the blueprint for you.

What happens on the day?

The morning is a full diagnosis across the six pillars, worked through with your real inquiry and conversion numbers. The afternoon is a build session in your own account: the intake flow, the follow-up sequence, and the missed-call text-back, built and tested end to end. Chat, booking and pipeline automations are live when you log off.

Why is texting not live the same day?

US carriers block business texting from a number until its brand and campaign are registered (A2P 10DLC). Registration usually clears in one to ten business days and can take longer, so we file it the day you book, not on the day. Your text-back and follow-up texts are built and tested on the day and switch on the moment your registration clears. If you bring a number that already texts from a registered campaign, texting is live on the day. Porting an existing number takes one to three weeks; you keep a forwarding number in the meantime.

What do I need to do before the day?

Pay the invoice; that is what lets us open your account on the platform in your firm's name and start the clock. Ten days before, you get a short prep pack: your EIN and address for carrier registration, the sign-in links for your calendar and Google Business Profile, DNS records for your IT to add so email can send from your domain, and whether you want a new number or to port your existing one. We file the registration on your account and check everything three days before the day. If you already run on the platform, we work in your existing account and confirm its registration instead.

Do I keep the account after the day?

Yes. The sub-account is included through 30 days after your day, with the automations we built in it. After that it is yours to keep from $349 a month as a seat, or the Intensive credits in full toward the Implementation and the account continues inside it.

What do I receive after the day?

Within five business days you get a written pack: the automation blueprint, a KPI dashboard specification, and a 90-day implementation sequence your team, or ours, can execute.

Is it remote or in person?

Either. The founder-led day can run remotely or in our Coral Gables studio. We run a short fit call to confirm it is the right instrument, then invoice before your day is booked.

How does the pricing and credit work?

The Intensive is $1,950. Your $500 Aday AI Lab credits in full, bringing it to $1,450 net, and the Intensive itself credits in full toward the Implementation, which starts at $4,500, if we execute the blueprint for you.

How is this different from the Aday AI Lab and the Implementation?

The Aday AI Lab ($500) is a group build day with three other owners, hands-on, where you build your own first agents with us. The Intensive ($1,950) is one on one with Brandon on your real numbers, and its product is the diagnosis, the written blueprint, the KPI specification and the 90-day sequence, with the first automations built as a working start. The Implementation (from $4,500) is the full build done for you over 90 days. Each rung credits in full toward the next.
