For law firms · Bar-compliant by design

When someone asks ChatGPT for a lawyer, is your firm the answer?

AI engines now recommend law firms by name. Most managing partners have no idea what ChatGPT says about theirs. We build AI visibility and intake systems that follow Rule 4-7 from the first line of copy, not as a patch at review time.

Aday Interactive, Inc. is a Coral Gables AI systems firm. We help Florida law firms get recommended by AI engines and answer every inquiry fast, with the work built against Fla. Bar Rules 4-7 from the start.

Why this matters right now

Referrals

The referral is being intercepted

Prospects who once called the firm a friend named now ask ChatGPT or Google AI first. Those engines name two or three firms. If yours is not structured for AI to read, the engine sends your prospect to a competitor.

Rule 4-7

Compliance problems pile up quietly

Testimonials with no disclaimer. "Specialist" claims without TBLS certification. Contingency copy missing the costs language. The Bar and opposing counsel can find each one the same way we do: with a sixty-second scan.

After hours

Night and weekend calls are lost revenue

The most urgent matters, like injury, arrest, and family crisis, come in at night and on weekends. They go to whichever firm answers first.

How Aday Interactive, Inc. helps

Four disciplines, matched to what your firm needs first.

01

Compliant by design, not at review time

The Rule 4-7 rules live in the build. Disclaimers, credential claims, and contingency language are handled before anything ships, not patched after a complaint.

02

Founder-led from Coral Gables

You work directly with Brandon Aday, not an account manager. Florida-first, bilingual English and Spanish, and built for the Miami-Dade market.

03

Honest measurement

We architect for AI citation and report it transparently every month. We never guarantee a specific AI output, because no honest firm can.

Questions firm owners ask

Is AI marketing allowed under Florida Bar rules?
Yes, with limits. Fla. Bar Rules 4-7.11 through 4-7.22 govern lawyer advertising, including truthfulness, testimonials, specialization claims, and required disclaimers. Some communications must be filed with the Bar. "Compliant by design" means we build those rules into the copy and structure from the first draft, so the work does not need a rescue at review time.
What does ChatGPT say about my firm right now?
We test it. We run a fixed set of high-intent prompts, like "best injury lawyer in your city," against the major AI engines and record whether your firm is named, where, and how it is described. The free Bar Compliance & AEO Scan shows the gaps behind those results so you can see why an engine names a competitor first.
Can AI intake create an attorney-client relationship by accident?
Not the way we build it. Intake scripts open with a clear no-legal-advice disclaimer, never quote fees or predict outcomes, and run a conflicts check before any human sees the file. The system captures the matter and schedules a call. It does not give advice.
We have testimonials on our site. Is that a problem?
It can be. Rule 4-7 requires specific disclaimer language around testimonials and bars anything misleading about results. The scan detects this exact gap and shows you where the disclaimer is missing so you can fix it fast.
What does the Bar Compliance & AEO Audit check?
It scans your public pages against the Rule 4-7 families that show up most: firm and lawyer identification, office location, testimonials and disclaimers, specialist and expert claims, and contingency-fee cost language. It also scores how readable your firm is to AI engines. The free tier gives your score, band, and top gaps. The $14.97 tier unlocks the full rule matrix, the fix for each gap, and a report you can hand to your ethics counsel.
What does a full engagement cost?
It starts free with the scan, then $14.97 for the full report, then $97 for a founder-led audit, with the $14.97 credited toward it. From there, done-for-you engagements begin at $2,500. We never guarantee a specific AI citation outcome. We build for it and measure it honestly.
Do you work with firms outside Florida?
Yes. Our rules engine is Florida-first because that is our home market, and we are building out other states next. For multi-state firms we frame the work against ABA Model Rule 8.5, which governs which jurisdiction's rules apply, and we scope to the states where you advertise.
