Ad spend measured in consultations booked

Clicks are not the product. A campaign that produces cheap traffic and no kept appointments is a cost wearing a dashboard. We build the funnel end to end so every dollar traces to a booked and attended consultation, and we do it last, after intake and follow-up work, because paying to send more leads into a leaking system is the most expensive mistake in this category.

Paid Ads & Lead Generation

How it works

Why this is the last thing we build, not the first

Paid traffic multiplies whatever your system already does. If intake answers in six hours, ads buy you more missed inquiries. The sequence below is deliberate.

Browser window with an arrow curving away into flat dead-end bars, showing paid traffic sent to a page that converts nothing
1

The system behind the ad gets fixed first

Intake, follow-up, and booking have to work before spend starts. A firm that answers in sixty seconds converts the same traffic at a completely different rate than one that answers tomorrow, and no amount of creative testing closes that gap.

2

The offer is defined before the campaign

Not the service, the offer. What a stranger gets for raising their hand, what happens next, and why now. Most underperforming professional-services campaigns are a media problem on the surface and an offer problem underneath.

3

Landing pages are built to convert and to be crawled

A page per campaign, matched to the ad promise, fast, and server-rendered so it is also readable by search and AI engines. We do not send paid traffic to a homepage, and we do not build pages that only exist client-side.

4

Creative and audiences get a compliance pass

Before anything runs, copy and targeting are reviewed against the rules of your vertical. This is where firms get into trouble: a claim in an ad, or an audience built on a proxy for a protected class, is a violation regardless of how well it performs.

5

Capture is wired to the CRM at the moment of entry

Every lead enters tagged with campaign, ad set, and creative, then flows into the same pipeline as every other inquiry. Without that tagging at entry, the return on the campaign is unknowable a month later.

6

Optimization runs against booked and attended, not clicks

Outcomes are written back to the campaign, so testing optimizes toward consultations that happen rather than forms that get filled. This usually reorders which campaigns look successful, sometimes dramatically.

What you get

Everything included in this build

Built in your own accounts, under your own logins. You own the system, the data, and the phone numbers. We operate it.

Most engagements bundle this with 2 to 4 of the other sub-services rather than buying it alone.

  • Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • Google Search and Display campaigns
  • YouTube video campaigns
  • Conversion-built landing pages, one per campaign
  • Server-rendered pages that search and AI engines can read
  • CRM-integrated lead capture with campaign tagging
  • A/B testing of creative and copy
  • Audience research and lookalike construction
  • Compliance review of creative and targeting
  • Bilingual English and Spanish creative, written not translated
  • Return on ad spend tied to booked and attended consults
  • Weekly reporting against revenue, not impressions

By vertical

The same system, scoped to your rules

The mechanism is the same in every firm. What changes is the script, the disclosures, and what the system is allowed to say or store. That scoping happens before the build, not at review time.

Law firms

Advertising rules apply to the ad, the page, and the targeting

Creative avoids result claims and specialization language the firm cannot support, required disclosures appear where the rule puts them, and some communications carry filing obligations. The landing page is part of the advertisement, which is the part most agencies miss.

Fla. Bar Rules 4-7.11 to 4-7.22, including 4-7.13 on deceptive advertising and the restrictions on statements about results or specialization.

Concierge and boutique medical

Health claims are the exposure, not the media buy

Outcome claims, before and after imagery, and testimonial content all carry substantiation requirements. Targeting is handled so a campaign never implies knowledge of a condition, and capture forms stay administrative rather than collecting clinical detail.

FTC substantiation standards for health claims, plus HIPAA limits on using patient information for marketing and on what capture forms may collect.

Wealth and family offices

Often the wrong channel, and we will say so

Broad paid social rarely reaches a qualified principal, and the marketing rule constrains most of what makes an ad persuasive. Where spend makes sense it is narrow and content-led. We would rather tell you the budget belongs in visibility and referral infrastructure than sell you a campaign.

SEC Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 governs advertisements, testimonials, and endorsements, including compensation disclosure. FINRA 2210 applies to communications with the public.

Luxury real estate

Targeting is the fair housing risk

Housing advertising has its own targeting regime, and platform special-ad-category rules exist because of it. Audiences avoid protected-class proxies including certain geographic and interest signals, and creative avoids language about who a property or a neighborhood suits.

Fair Housing Act and HUD guidance on advertising and targeting, plus platform housing special ad category requirements.

Aday Interactive, Inc. also builds this for accounting and CPA firms, consulting and advisory practices, architecture and design studios, marketing agencies, hospitality groups, multi-location and franchise operators, e-commerce brands, and B2B SaaS teams. See all industries.

What this does not do

Paid media is the most expensive way to hide an operational problem, so we will decline to start here if the diagnostic says intake or follow-up is the actual leak. It is also not a fit for every vertical: for most wealth and family office firms we do not recommend it. And we do not guarantee cost per lead or a return figure, because both depend on your market, your offer, and your close rate. What we commit to is that the number we report is booked and attended consultations rather than clicks.

FAQ

Paid Ads & Lead Generation, FAQ

Why will you not start with ads?

Because traffic multiplies whatever the system already does with it. If inquiries currently wait six hours for a reply, spending money to create more of them just produces more missed inquiries at a higher cost. Fixing intake first usually raises the return on the same spend more than any creative test would.

What is a realistic cost per booked consultation?

It varies too much by market, practice area, and offer for a published number to be honest. What we can do is establish your actual number in the first few weeks and then work it down. Any agency quoting you a cost per lead before seeing your market is guessing or quoting someone else's.

Do you require a minimum ad spend?

There is a practical floor below which testing produces no signal and you are paying management fees to learn nothing. We discuss that honestly at scoping. Below it, database reactivation and visibility work almost always return more than a small ad budget would.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Campaigns are built in accounts under your name with your billing, and we are granted access. When an agency owns the ad account, you lose the campaign history and the audience data on exit, which is a meaningful cost few firms notice until it happens.

Can law firms run ads on Meta and Google?

Yes, subject to the advertising rules. The constraints are on claims, specialization language, required disclosures, and in some cases filing. The landing page counts as part of the advertisement, which is the detail most generalist agencies get wrong.

Why does the landing page need to be server-rendered?

Because a page that only renders in the browser is largely invisible to crawlers, so it earns nothing organically and cannot be cited by AI engines. Paid traffic is rented, and building rented pages that produce no lasting asset is a waste of the same work. See AI visibility.

Do you write Spanish ads or translate the English ones?

Write them. Translated ad copy underperforms because the idiom and the objection differ. Spanish creative is authored against the Spanish-speaking prospect and tested as its own campaign. See bilingual.

How do you measure return?

Every lead enters tagged with campaign, ad set, and creative, and the booked and attended outcome writes back to that tag. The dashboard reports return against consultations that actually happened, which regularly reorders which campaigns looked like the winners.

What if ads are not right for my firm?

We will say so. For most wealth and family office firms, and for some boutique practices, the budget does better in visibility, reputation, and referral infrastructure. Selling a campaign we expect to underperform costs us more in the end than the fee is worth.

How does this fit with the AI visibility work?

They are complementary and they compound. Paid buys immediate presence, AI visibility builds the earned kind that keeps working when spend stops. Firms that do only one usually find out which they neglected at the worst time.
