Build Scoping is two weeks to a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a fixed timeline, and it credits in full. You then prove the build with a working proof of concept in about four to six weeks before committing to the full system. You run the system in your own environment; code ownership is set case by case in your written agreement (in most builds you keep the code we write). Model ownership depends on the build, and we spell it out in the proposal.
