Build Scoping is two weeks to a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a fixed timeline, and it credits in full toward the Proof of Concept when you start within 60 days. You then prove the build with a working proof of concept in about four to six weeks before committing to the full system. You run the system in your own environment; every custom AI build has its own written agreement, and custom code ownership varies by engagement: some builds hand over the source code, others deliver a signed container you run. Models stay under their makers’ licenses, and we spell all of it out in the proposal.
