At Southern Glazer’s he co-architected two systems, both built to production readiness. Sippy was the company’s first multi-agent AI chatbot, built with separate Planner, Analysis and Visualization agents. SGEYE Menu was a dual-engine OCR and LLM pipeline that processed more than 600,000 catalog items and improved accuracy by 12 to 15 percent on high-value products in testing. Neither reached full deployment before he left the company.
