How is this different from the Policy Kit?

The Workshop is $1,500 per session and builds the draft in the room with your team, on-site anywhere in Miami-Dade or Broward. Travel beyond that is quoted separately. The $500 AI Use Policy Kit is done for you and remote: it ships the ratifiable document without a session, and it credits in full toward the Workshop or the Executive AI Intensive if you decide you want the team in the room after all.

Should I get the written diagnosis first?

You can. The $97 Stack & Policy Audit names your exposure on paper before you build the policy, but it is not required to book the workshop.
