A denial letter starts a clock. Answer before it runs out.

Most disability clients call after a denial, worried and often unable to work. Many are more comfortable in Spanish, and some find long phone calls hard. We build bilingual AI intake for Miami disability firms that aims to answer in under a minute, records where the claim stands and the date on the last notice, and books the consultation.

We build the technology and the content. Your attorneys make every legal judgment and approve every word clients see. Nothing we deliver is legal advice. Se habla español.

The short answer

Aday Interactive, Inc. builds AI intake for Social Security disability law firms in Miami-Dade and Broward. The agent answers in English and Spanish, records the claim stage and the date on the latest Social Security notice, marks it for attorney review, and books the consultation. It never says whether a claim will be approved.

Matter types

Where the claim stands decides what happens first.

Here is what prospective clients type into ChatGPT and Google at each stage, in English and Spanish, and what the intake agent does with them.

New SSDI and SSI applications

What clients ask

"How to apply for disability in Florida" · "cómo solicitar incapacidad"

What the agent does

Collects the condition in general terms, work history, and whether the caller is still working, then books the consult. No medical advice.

Initial denials

What clients ask

"Disability denied, what now?" · "me negaron el seguro por incapacidad"

What the agent does

Records the date printed on the denial notice and sends your team an alert for same-day attorney review, because appeal windows are short. It never tells the caller how much time is left.

Hearings before a judge

What clients ask

"Disability hearing lawyer near me" · "audiencia de incapacidad"

What the agent does

Records whether a hearing is requested or scheduled and the date, and marks scheduled hearings for an attorney's review first.

Continuing disability reviews

What clients ask

"Social Security reviewing my disability" · "revisión de mi incapacidad"

What the agent does

Collects the date and type of the review letter and books the consult.

Overpayment notices

What clients ask

"Social Security says I was overpaid" · "me piden devolver dinero"

What the agent does

Records the notice date and the amount listed, and flags it for an attorney. It never says whether the caller must repay.

What gets escalated to your team

The agent is set up to treat every denial notice, every scheduled hearing, and any caller in crisis as priority. It records the dates and alerts an attorney the same day. For a caller in crisis, it transfers the call live to your team when someone is available and shares the emergency resources your firm approves.

Guardrails

The rules your intake has to live inside.

Every agent we build is fenced before it says a word. These are the lines that matter most in disability work. Your ethics counsel reviews the full list during setup.

No approval predictions

The agent never says a claim will be approved or how long it will take. Florida Bar Rule 4-7.13 bars predicting results.

Appeal deadlines flagged

Social Security generally allows 60 days from receipt of a notice to appeal, and assumes the notice arrived 5 days after its date (20 C.F.R. § 404.901, § 404.909, § 404.933). The agent records the notice date and marks the record for attorney review. It never works out the deadline for the caller.

Fee talk stays accurate

Representative fees in Social Security cases must be approved by the agency (42 U.S.C. § 406). The agent uses only the fee language your firm approves and never quotes a number on its own.

Health details kept to the minimum

Intake records the condition in general terms only. Medical records come later, through a secure channel your firm controls, never by text.

On every call and message, the agent names your firm, says it is a law firm, and identifies itself as an assistant, never an attorney.

Project work bills 50/25/25 on milestones. Text, email, and voice usage on a system we build is billed at cost, with no markup. Carrier registration for texting depends on carrier approval, so we never promise an activation date.

How many denial letters are waiting in your voicemail?

In 30 minutes we walk through how inquiries reach your firm today, where they leak, and what an intake agent would handle. Founder-led by Brandon Aday from our Coral Gables office.

Response time

Response time is a target, not a promise. Our AI intake agents aim to answer in under 60 seconds, and typically respond within one to three minutes. Actual timing depends on third-party voice, SMS, and network delivery, which we do not control. We measure the real number and report it in your dashboard rather than guarantee it. Speed also depends on correct account setup, carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), and your intake configuration.

FAQ

AI for Miami Disability Firms, Frequently Asked Questions

Can the agent tell a caller whether they qualify for disability?

No. Whether someone qualifies depends on medical and work facts only an attorney can weigh against Social Security's rules. The agent records the claim stage and basics and books the consultation where an attorney answers that question.

What happens when a caller says they were denied last month?

The date goes to an attorney the same day. Appeals generally must be filed within 60 days of receiving the notice, so the agent records the date printed on the notice and sends your team an alert with the call summary. It does not calculate the deadline or tell the caller how much time is left.

Can callers who struggle with long phone calls still get help?

Yes. The agent keeps questions short and can text a link so the caller books online instead. Anyone who prefers a person can ask for one, and the call transfers to your team when someone is available.

Will this help our firm show up when someone asks ChatGPT for a disability lawyer in Miami?

It can make your firm easier to find and cite. We build English and Spanish practice-area pages that answer real claimant questions, plus LegalService and Attorney schema. No one can guarantee a citation, and we never promise one. Read how AI search picks firms.

Can we use AI to call or text people who have not contacted our firm?

No, and we never build it that way. Florida Bar Rule 4-7.18 bars soliciting prospective clients by phone or real-time electronic contact, and the FCC ruled in 2024 (FCC 24-17) that an AI-generated voice counts as an artificial voice under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The agent answers people who reach out to your firm, and follows up only with people who asked to hear from you.

What does it cost?
