Miami-Dade & Broward · Immigration Law

Every immigration inquiry answered, sorted, and booked, in your client's language.

Immigration clients call at night, from a relative's phone, often frightened and often in Spanish or Haitian Creole. If nobody answers, they call the next firm. We build bilingual AI intake for Miami immigration firms that aims to answer in under a minute, sorts each inquiry by case type and urgency, escalates detention calls to an attorney, and books the consultation. It never gives legal advice.

We build the technology and the content. Your attorneys make every legal judgment and approve every word clients see. Nothing we deliver is legal advice. Se habla español.

The short answer

Aday Interactive, Inc. builds AI intake and AI search visibility for immigration law firms in Miami-Dade and Broward. The intake agent answers every inquiry in English and Spanish, aiming to reply in under a minute, sorts it by case type such as family petitions, removal defense, asylum, or waivers, escalates detention calls to an attorney, and books the consultation. It never gives legal advice or predicts outcomes.

Practice areas

Eight kinds of cases, eight different first calls.

A detention call and a citizenship question need different handling in the first minute. Here is what prospective clients type into ChatGPT and Google for each case type, in English and Spanish, and what the intake agent does with them.

Family petitions and green cards

I-130, I-485, consular processing

What clients ask

"How long does a marriage green card take in Miami?" · "¿Cuánto cuesta pedir a mi esposo?"

What the agent does

Captures the relationship, whether the relative is inside or outside the U.S., and any prior filings, then books the consult. No eligibility opinions.

Naturalization

N-400

What clients ask

"Citizenship lawyer near me" · "abogado para la ciudadanía en Hialeah"

What the agent does

Collects green card date and residence history. Any mention of an arrest or a past immigration problem marks the record for attorney review before the consult is booked.

Removal defense and detention

Immigration court, bond, Krome

What clients ask

"My husband was detained by ICE, what do I do?" · "detuvieron a mi hermano"

What the agent does

Set up as urgent at any hour. Collects the detained person's name, country of birth, and possible location, transfers the call live to the attorney on call, and texts an urgent alert if nobody picks up.

Asylum

I-589

What clients ask

"How do I apply for asylum in Florida?" · "pedir asilo en Miami"

What the agent does

Asylum generally must be filed within one year of arrival (8 U.S.C. § 1158(a)(2)(B)), so the agent records the arrival date and marks the record for attorney review. It never tells a caller whether the deadline has passed.

VAWA, U visas, and T visas

I-360, I-918, I-914

What clients ask

"Visa for victims of domestic violence" · "visa U requisitos"

What the agent does

Asks whether it is safe to text or call before sending anything, offers a private channel, and keeps every message generic.

Waivers

I-601, I-601A

What clients ask

"What is an extreme hardship waiver?" · "perdón migratorio"

What the agent does

Sends the document checklist your firm uses for hardship cases, including the evaluations and records your attorneys ask for, and texts a secure upload link, so your team sees what has come in on the contact record.

TPS, DACA, and parole renewals

I-821, I-821D, I-765

What clients ask

"TPS re-registration deadline" · "renovar TPS Venezuela"

What the agent does

When a filing window opens, your team can send a consented text and email to every affected existing client, in English or Spanish, with a link to book.

Employment and investor visas

H-1B, L-1, E-2, EB-5

What clients ask

"E-2 visa lawyer in Brickell" · "visa de inversionista Miami"

What the agent does

Qualifies the company, the role or investment, and the timeline, then books a consult with the attorney who handles business immigration.

Where your clients are

South Florida immigration is many markets, many languages.

Prospective clients search in their own language and their own neighborhood: "abogado de inmigración en Doral," "avoka imigrasyon Miami," "advogado de imigração em Pompano." A firm that answers in that language, and shows up for those searches, wins the first conversation.

Hialeah, Little Havana, and Westchester

Large Cuban communities. Spanish-first intake, and questions that touch the Cuban Adjustment Act and family petitions.

Doral and Weston

Large Venezuelan communities. Asylum, TPS, and parole questions, often from professionals comparing firms carefully.

Little Haiti, North Miami, and Miramar

Large Haitian communities. Creole speakers need a human or interpreter path today, since the voice platform does not support Haitian Creole.

Sweetwater, Flagami, and Kendall

Nicaraguan, Colombian, and other Latin American communities. Asylum, family, and naturalization work.

Homestead and Florida City

Agricultural and service workers, some of whom speak Indigenous languages, so a human interpreter path matters.

Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach

Large Brazilian communities in Broward. A separate Portuguese agent can answer, alongside family and employment cases.

Brickell and Downtown Miami

Employers, founders, and investors. English-first employment and investor visa work with longer decision cycles.

Clients also move through the Miami Immigration Court, the Krome detention center, and the USCIS field offices in Miami, Hialeah, Kendall, and Oakland Park. We load them into the agent's knowledge base, so a frightened caller does not have to explain them.

Guardrails

Built for a practice where one wrong sentence matters.

Immigration clients have been burned by "notarios" and bad advice before. Your intake has to sound like a law firm, behave like one, and never cross the line into practicing law.

No legal advice, ever

The agent never tells a caller whether they qualify, how strong their case is, or what will happen. Florida Bar Rule 4-7.13 bars predicting results, and only an attorney or an accredited representative may represent people before the immigration agencies (8 CFR 292.1).

No AI cold outreach

Florida Bar Rule 4-7.18 bars soliciting prospective clients by phone or real-time electronic contact, and the FCC treats AI voices as artificial voices under the TCPA (FCC 24-17). The agent answers people who contact you, and follows up only with people who asked.

The minimum, kept private

Intake collects only what your firm needs to run conflicts and book the consult. Immigration status and case details never go into a text message or an email subject line.

Clearly a law firm

Every message names your firm and that it is a law firm. The agent identifies itself as an assistant, not an attorney, so nobody mistakes it for a notario or a consultant.

    Care

Or see it as one package: the Law Firm Front Desk, in three levels from $1,950.

Project work bills 50/25/25 on milestones. Text, email, and voice usage on a system we build is billed at cost, with no markup. Carrier registration for texting depends on carrier approval, so we never promise an activation date.

How many calls did your firm miss last weekend?

In 30 minutes we walk through how inquiries reach your firm today, where they leak, and what a bilingual intake agent would handle. Founder-led by Brandon Aday from our Coral Gables office.

Response time

Response time is a target, not a promise. Our AI intake agents aim to answer in under 60 seconds, and typically respond within one to three minutes. Actual timing depends on third-party voice, SMS, and network delivery, which we do not control. We measure the real number and report it in your dashboard rather than guarantee it. Speed also depends on correct account setup, carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), and your intake configuration.

FAQ

AI for Miami Immigration Law Firms, Frequently Asked Questions

Can an AI intake agent tell a caller whether they qualify for a green card?

No, and ours never tries. Telling someone whether they qualify is legal advice, and only your attorneys give it. The agent collects the facts your firm needs, such as how the person entered, family relationships, and any prior filings, then books the consultation where an attorney gives the answer. Under Florida Bar Rule 4-7.13, firm communications cannot predict or guarantee results, so the agent never says a case is strong, easy, or likely to win.

What happens when a family member calls about someone detained by ICE?

It is escalated right away. Detention calls are the most urgent calls an immigration firm gets, and they often come at night. The agent is set up to listen for them, collects the detained person's name, country of birth, and where they may be held, then transfers the call live to the attorney on call. If nobody picks up, it texts that attorney an urgent alert with the call summary and tells the caller when to expect a call back. It does not book a routine consult a week out. Your firm decides who is on call and what happens after hours.

Is it legal to use AI to call prospective immigration clients in Florida?

Not to people who have not contacted you first. Florida Bar Rule 4-7.18 bars soliciting prospective clients by phone or real-time electronic contact, and the FCC ruled in 2024 (FCC 24-17) that an AI-generated voice counts as an artificial voice under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. So we never use AI to cold-call or cold-text anyone. The agent answers people who reach out to your firm, and follows up only with people who asked to hear from you.

How do you protect VAWA, U visa, and T visa clients from automated messages?

By asking before sending anything. A reminder text that lands on a shared phone can put a survivor at risk. For humanitarian matters, the agent asks whether it is safe to text or call the number, offers a private channel, and keeps message content generic. Case details never go into a text or an email subject line. Your attorneys can switch automated reminders off entirely for any matter type.

Can the agent speak Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese?

English and Spanish, yes. Portuguese, as a separate agent. Haitian Creole, not yet. One agent handles English and Spanish and switches between them mid-call. Portuguese runs as its own agent that callers are transferred to. The voice platform does not support Haitian Creole today, so Creole-speaking callers, and callers who speak an Indigenous language such as some clients from Guatemala, are routed to a person or a scheduled callback with an interpreter instead of guessing. We test every language with native speakers before launch, because a wrong word in an immigration conversation is not a small mistake.

Will this help our firm show up when someone asks ChatGPT for an immigration lawyer in Miami?

It can make your firm easier to find and cite. AI assistants name firms whose sites clearly state who they are, where they are, and what they handle, and whose pages answer real questions. We build practice-area pages in English and Spanish, LegalService and Attorney schema, and FAQ answers that name the actual forms and rules. No one can guarantee a citation, and we never promise one. Read how AI search picks firms.
