For Florida law firms · One package, three levels

The Law Firm Front Desk: every inquiry answered, booked, and followed up.

Most firms do not lose cases in court. They lose them at the front desk: the call that went to voicemail, the consult nobody confirmed, the client who never heard back. The Front Desk is one system that answers in English and Spanish, books the consult, follows up, and keeps clients informed, built inside the Florida Bar's advertising rules.

Your attorneys make every legal judgment and approve every word clients see. Nothing we deliver is legal advice. Se habla español.

  • Urgent calls transferred live to the attorney on call, with a text alert and call summary if nobody picks up

No one can guarantee an AI citation, and we never promise one.

Then the platform seat from $349 a month, with text and voice usage billed at cost.

After launch, every level continues on Care: the platform seat from $349 a month, with text, email, and voice usage billed at cost and no markup. The first 30 days on the platform are included. Optional hours run $800 a month for 4 or $1,600 for 8. Project work bills 50/25/25 on milestones. Texting goes live once carrier registration is approved, so we never promise an activation date.

Built in at every level

  • Messages written inside the Florida Bar's advertising rules, approved by your ethics counsel before launch
  • The platform account in your firm's name, and your contacts and conversation history are yours to export
  • No case details in texts or email subject lines, and a "do not text" answer that stops automated messages
  • An agent that names your firm and identifies itself as an assistant, never an attorney
  • English and Spanish from day one
  • Founder-led by Brandon Aday from our Coral Gables office

What it will not do

  • Give legal advice, value a case, or tell anyone about a deadline
  • Call or text people who have not contacted your firm (Florida Bar Rule 4-7.18)
  • Run your conflict check for you. It collects the names; your team checks them
  • Take unearned retainers, which belong in your trust account (Rule 5-1.1)
  • Pay anyone for referrals, which the Florida Bar does not allow

Response time

Response time is a target, not a promise. Our AI intake agents aim to answer in under 60 seconds, and typically respond within one to three minutes. Actual timing depends on third-party voice, SMS, and network delivery, which we do not control. We measure the real number and report it in your dashboard rather than guarantee it. Speed also depends on correct account setup, carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), and your intake configuration.

FAQ

The Law Firm Front Desk, Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Law Firm Front Desk?

One package that answers, books, and follows up for your firm. It sets up the system a law firm runs its first contact on: bilingual answering, consult booking, follow-up, review requests, case status updates, and lead-source tracking, all inside the Florida Bar's advertising rules. It comes in three levels: Essentials at $1,950, Front Desk from $5,000, and Front Desk + Visibility from $10,997.

Does the AI give legal advice or tell callers if they have a case?

Never. The agent collects facts, books consultations, and escalates urgent calls. It never says whether someone has a case, what it is worth, or what to do, and it never tells a caller about a deadline. Florida Bar Rule 4-7.13 bars predicting results, and only your attorneys give legal advice.

What happens to an urgent call at night?

It is escalated, based on rules your firm sets. The agent is set up to treat matters like an arrest, a detention, or a serious injury as urgent. It transfers the call live to the attorney on call, and if nobody picks up, it texts that attorney an urgent alert with the call summary and tells the caller when to expect a call back.

Which languages does it speak?

English and Spanish, in one agent. It can switch between them in the same call. Portuguese is possible as a separate agent. The voice platform does not support Haitian Creole today, so those callers are routed to a person or a scheduled callback.

Can clients pay their retainer through it?

Earned and flat fees, yes. Unearned retainers, no. Under Florida Bar Rule 5-1.1, unearned retainers belong in your trust account, so those stay in your legal billing tool. The system can send engagement letters for e-signature and invoice fees that are already earned, such as a flat consult fee.

What does it cost after the 90 days?

The platform seat, from $349 a month, plus usage at cost. The seat keeps the system we built live, patched, and backed up. Text, email, and voice usage is billed at cost, and we do not mark up your messaging bill. Optional hours cover call review and prompt changes: Signature, 4 hours for $800 a month, or Estate, 8 hours for $1,600, or $600 and $1,200 on a 12-month term. The first 30 days on the platform are included.

Who owns the system?

Your firm owns its data. The platform account is set up in your firm's name, and your contacts and conversation history are yours. If you stop working with us, we export them for you.
