AI agents that never miss a call

Your highest-intent inquiries arrive when nobody is at the desk. An AI employee answers every voice call, text, web chat, and social DM in under 60 seconds, day or night, in English and Spanish. It follows your intake script, qualifies the caller, books the ones who fit, and hands you a written record of every conversation.

How it works

From ring to booked consult, without a human in the loop

An AI employee is not a phone tree and not a chatbot widget. It is a voice and messaging agent trained on your firm's actual intake script, wired into your calendar and CRM, and fenced by rules about what it may and may not say.

1

We record how your best intake call actually goes

Before anything is built, we capture the script your best receptionist or intake coordinator already uses: the opening, the qualifying questions, the objections, the handoff. That transcript becomes the agent's brief. We are not inventing a script, we are encoding the one that already works.

2

The script gets fenced by your compliance rules

Every vertical gets guardrails written into the agent before launch: topics it must refuse, language it may never use, and the point at which it must stop and route to a human. A law firm agent cannot quote a fee or predict an outcome. A medical agent cannot collect clinical detail. These are hard stops, not suggestions.

3

It picks up on every channel at once

The same agent answers the phone, replies to SMS, handles the web chat widget, and responds to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn DMs. One brain, four front doors. A prospect who starts in chat and then calls is recognized as the same person, so they never repeat themselves.

4

It qualifies before it books

The agent works through your qualifying criteria in conversation: matter type, geography, timeline, budget range where that is appropriate to ask. Prospects who meet the bar get offered real times from your live calendar. Prospects who do not get routed somewhere useful instead of into a booking you would have cancelled.

5

Three days of human monitoring before full autonomy

Every deployment runs a soft launch of about three business days where a human reviews transcripts as they come in and tunes the script. Nothing runs unattended until you have read what it actually said to real callers and signed off.

6

Every conversation lands in your CRM as a record

Full transcript, recording where permitted, source channel, qualification answers, and outcome are written to the contact record. Nothing lives only inside the agent. If you end the relationship tomorrow, that history is yours and it exports.

What you get

Everything included in this build

Built in your own accounts, under your own logins. You own the system, the data, and the phone numbers. We operate it.

Most engagements bundle this with 2 to 4 of the other sub-services rather than buying it alone.

  • Voice agents that answer phone calls in natural conversation
  • SMS agents for text-based intake and follow-up
  • Web chat widget that routes inquiries to SMS
  • Social DM agents on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Bilingual English and Spanish at equal quality
  • Compliance-tuned scripts per vertical
  • Calendar integration with Google, Outlook, and iCloud
  • Three-day human-monitored soft launch
  • Full transcript and recording written to the CRM
  • Escalation rules that route edge cases to a human
  • After-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage
  • Call and message volume reporting by source

By vertical

The same system, scoped to your rules

The mechanism is the same in every firm. What changes is the script, the disclosures, and what the system is allowed to say or store. That scoping happens before the build, not at review time.

Law firms

The 9 pm injury call that decides the case

Urgent matters arrive at night: injury, arrest, family crisis. The caller does not leave a voicemail, they call the next firm. The agent answers, runs a conflicts-safe intake, captures the facts, and books the consult. It is fenced hard: no fee quotes, no outcome predictions, no legal advice, and a conflicts check before any human touches the file.

Scripted against Fla. Bar Rules 4-7.11 to 4-7.22 on advertising and solicitation, and Rule 4-5.3 on supervising non-lawyer assistance.

Concierge and boutique medical

A retainer promise your team of three cannot keep alone

Patients pay for fast access at any hour, and that promise is what burns out a small front desk. The agent handles scheduling, routine questions, and triage routing, while refusing to collect or discuss clinical detail. Anything that edges toward diagnosis stops and routes to your clinical staff.

Scoped so no protected health information is collected or stored by the agent. HIPAA architecture and a signed BAA are set before launch.

Wealth and family offices

A high-value inquiry that cannot sit in a shared inbox

A prospect evaluating your firm will not chase you. The agent acknowledges immediately, captures the nature of the inquiry, and routes to the right advisor rather than a generic queue. Tone is discreet by design: it confirms receipt and books time without discussing strategy, performance, or anything that reads as advice.

Scripted so the agent makes no performance claims or recommendations. SEC Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 and FINRA 2210 are scoping inputs for every line.

Luxury real estate

The 3 am listing inquiry from another time zone

International buyers browse on their clock, not yours, and the agent who answers first gets the showing. The agent responds in English or Spanish, answers published listing questions, captures the buyer's criteria, and books the showing directly into the agent's calendar.

Scripted inside fair housing lines: no steering language, no demographic questions, and no statements about neighborhood composition.

Aday Interactive, Inc. also builds this for accounting and CPA firms, consulting and advisory practices, architecture and design studios, marketing agencies, hospitality groups, multi-location and franchise operators, e-commerce brands, and B2B SaaS teams. See all industries.

What this does not do

An AI employee does not replace your intake team, it covers the hours and the overflow they cannot. It will not give legal, medical, or financial advice, and we build it so it refuses to try. It does not improve a bad offer or rescue a firm with no lead flow, because answering faster only helps when something is arriving to answer. And it is not a guarantee of booked consultations. It is a guarantee that nothing inbound goes unanswered.

FAQ

AI Employees, Voice, SMS, Chat & Social DMs, FAQ

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes, and by design. The agent identifies itself as an automated assistant at the opening. Hiding it damages trust the moment someone notices, and in regulated verticals a misleading impression is its own compliance problem. In practice callers care far more about being answered at 9 pm than about who answered.

What happens when the agent cannot handle something?

It escalates on rules you set. Certain topics, certain phrases, and any request for advice trigger an immediate handoff: a live transfer during business hours, or a captured message plus a flagged task in the CRM after hours. The agent is built to stop rather than to improvise.

How is this different from the chatbot on my site now?

Most site chatbots deflect. They answer FAQs and hope the visitor finds the contact form. An AI employee qualifies against your criteria and books into your live calendar, and it does it on the phone too, which is where the high-intent inquiries in professional services still arrive. See the seven intake mistakes that leak revenue for the difference in practice.

Can it really handle Spanish at the same quality as English?

Yes. Both languages are built and tested as first-class, not machine-translated after the fact. In South Florida this is not a nice-to-have: a large share of the market researches in one language and transacts in the other. More on how we do this on the bilingual intake page.

Is recording calls legal in Florida?

Florida is a two-party consent state under Fla. Stat. 934.03, so every recorded call opens with a disclosure and consent. Where consent is not given, the agent proceeds without recording and keeps a written transcript instead. The disclosure language is set during the build, not improvised.

What does it cost?

AI intake is almost always bundled rather than bought alone, because answering fast only pays off when the CRM, booking, and follow-up behind it work. Implementations start from $4,500 for the 90-day build. The honest first step is the $14.97 AIGS Diagnostic, which tells you whether intake is actually your leak.

How long until it is live?

As soon as 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff for the operational core, though the honest answer is that it depends on what we are building for you. Add about three business days of monitored soft launch before the agent runs unattended. Compliance-heavy verticals like law and medical sit at the longer end, because the script review is more involved. We commit to a date at scoping, once we know the channels and the rules involved.

Who owns the phone numbers and the transcripts?

You do. The numbers, the agent configuration, the call recordings, the transcripts, and the contact records are all provisioned in accounts under your name. If the relationship ends, you keep them and we export everything. That is the asset-ownership guarantee, and it applies to every sub-service.

Can I hear one before I buy anything?

Yes. Request the free Voice AI demo and we will set up a live call so you can judge the intake quality yourself before anything is scoped or quoted. It takes a name and an email, because the demo line runs on real minutes and we keep the number unpublished.

What if the agent says something wrong?

Two safeguards. First, the guardrails are refusals rather than suggestions: the topics it must not discuss are blocked, not merely discouraged. Second, every transcript is reviewable, so a bad turn is findable and the script is corrected. During soft launch a human reads transcripts daily. After launch you keep the transcript log permanently.
