Medical & Dental · Med spas and aesthetic practices

Grow the med spa on the menu you already have.

Most med spas do not need more leads. They need a faster answer, a booked next visit, and reviews and texts that stay inside the rules. The free Med Spa Growth Playbook gives you 15 plays to start on Monday.

Aday Interactive, Inc. is a Coral Gables AI systems firm. We build intake, follow-up, reviews and AI search visibility for med spas and aesthetic practices in South Florida, with HIPAA, the FTC review rules and Florida's texting law (Fla. Stat. 501.059) designed in from the start.

No credit card, and no obligation.

The new first impression

Patients ask AI before they book.

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI answers now hand patients a short list of names, and they cite the sources they trust. We build so your med spa is one they can find, trust, and cite by name.

Why this matters right now

Three things decide what a med spa's marketing is worth, and none of them is the ad budget.

  1. 01The first practice to answer usually books
  2. 02The cheapest visit is the one booked at checkout
  3. 03Most growth advice skips the rules
Speed

The first practice to answer usually books

A new patient fills out three forms at night and books with whoever answers first. A missed call at lunch or after 6 pm goes to the next name on the list.

Rebooking

The cheapest visit is the one booked at checkout

Neurotoxin runs on an interval and laser runs in a series. When nobody books the next visit before the patient leaves, it costs a text, a call and often a discount to get them back.

The rules

Most growth advice skips the rules

A review reply that names the treatment can disclose patient information. Daily offer texts can break Florida's limits. Before-and-after photos need written authorization. The playbook flags each one on the page where it applies.

Try it now: count last week's calls that went to voicemail, then ask ChatGPT where to get Botox near you and see who it names.

Free estimate · your numbers only

What are the callers who do not book worth to your practice?

For patient value, use what the practice collects from a new patient over the time they usually stay, not what it bills. The starting values are a rough example for med spa. Move them to your own numbers.

This is an estimate, not a prediction. Not every one of these is winnable, and we will not tell you what your rate will become. Nobody honestly can. Based only on the numbers you enter. Not a projection, benchmark, or guarantee of results. Nothing you enter is sent to us.

How to read this estimate. It multiplies the numbers you enter, nothing more. It does not count costs, refunds or unpaid bills, seasonal swings, or how much new work your team can take on. The starting values are rough examples, not industry data or results from any firm. This is not legal, financial, or tax advice, and Aday Interactive, Inc. does not promise any result.

  • Texting your list inside Florida law, and the ten-question AI test

The rules are part of the build

Review replies, before-and-after photos, texting and drug naming are handled in the system itself, not left to whoever is at the desk that day.

02

Bilingual from the first text

Voicemail, auto-text, booking page, reminders and review requests in English and Spanish, written for Spanish speakers rather than translated.

03

Your accounts, your data

Everything is built in accounts under your practice's name. If we part ways, the system and its history stay with you.

Questions firm owners ask

6 answers
What is in the Med Spa Growth Playbook?
Fifteen one-page plays in five sections: know your numbers, get found, convert, keep and grow, and measure. Each play explains why it works, gives you a table or script, names the rule that applies, and lists three things to do on Monday. It also has a twelve-month offer calendar for South Florida, a front-desk sheet, a 30-day rollout, and the rules on one page. It is free and yours to keep.
Can we reply to reviews that mention a treatment?
Reply, but never confirm the person was a patient or repeat what they had. Under HIPAA, a reply that says "glad you loved your lip filler" discloses protected health information even when the patient posted it first. Thank them warmly and keep it general. The playbook includes a safe reply template.
How many marketing texts can a Florida med spa send?
Florida's Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. 501.059) and the federal TCPA apply. In general: consent on file for automated marketing texts, only between 8 am and 8 pm in the patient's time zone, no more than three messages on the same subject in 24 hours, and STOP honored at once. Check your setup with a healthcare attorney.
Can we post before-and-after photos?
Only with the patient's written HIPAA authorization for marketing, and showing typical results rather than your best case. Results claims need evidence under FTC rules, and Florida's medical advertising rules bar false or misleading claims.
How does a med spa get recommended by ChatGPT?
Give AI clear facts it can quote: one page per treatment that answers what, who, how much and how long in the first two sentences, MedicalBusiness and FAQPage schema, a complete Google Business Profile, and reviews that name the treatment. Then measure it with the same ten questions every month. Nobody can guarantee a citation, and we never promise one.
Is Aday Interactive giving legal or medical advice?
No. Aday Interactive, Inc. is not a law firm, and Brandon Aday is not a lawyer or legal counsel. The playbook and this page are general information. Who may recommend, order and perform each treatment is your medical director's call under Florida rules, and every rule should be checked with a healthcare attorney.

Response time

Response time is a target, not a promise. Our AI intake agents aim to answer in under 60 seconds, and typically respond within one to three minutes. Actual timing depends on third-party voice, SMS, and network delivery, which we do not control. We measure the real number and report it in your dashboard rather than guarantee it. Speed also depends on correct account setup, carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), and your intake configuration.
