Essential for cross-border firms

Bilingual intake · Ad copy · Web content

English and Spanish, both first-class

Half this market researches in Spanish and buys in English, or the reverse, and often inside the same household. A machine-translated form and an English-only phone line quietly filter out a large share of qualified inquiries. Every system we ship is bilingual by default: intake, follow-up, booking, and content, built that way rather than translated after the fact.

Bilingual EN/ES Intake & Communication

How it works

What building in two languages actually involves

The difference between bilingual and translated shows up in the places automated translation cannot reach: legal disclosures, tone, forms, and the moment a caller switches languages mid-sentence.

1

Both languages are written, not translated

Intake scripts, sequences, and page copy are authored in each language by someone who works in it, then reviewed by a senior editor. Translated copy reads as translated, and in a trust-driven purchase that costs you the inquiry before anyone notices why.

2

The intake agent handles either language and the switch

The AI employee detects the caller's language and continues in it, including when someone opens in English and switches to Spanish mid-call, which is normal in South Florida. It does not restart, and it does not ask the caller to pick from a menu.

3

Compliance language is localized, not word-swapped

This is where automated translation is genuinely dangerous. Bar disclaimers, HIPAA notices, and advisory disclosures carry specific legal meaning, and a literal translation can change or lose it. These are handled as separate approved text in each language, not as output from a translation engine.

4

Forms, booking, and follow-up all carry through

A prospect who inquires in Spanish gets Spanish confirmations, Spanish reminders, and a Spanish review request. Most firms that add a Spanish landing page still send every downstream message in English, which breaks the experience at exactly the wrong moment.

5

Routing sends the conversation to someone who can take it

When a Spanish-language inquiry needs a human, it routes to a team member who speaks it rather than to whoever is next in the rotation. Booking and round-robin both respect language as a routing attribute.

6

Spanish pages are built to be found and cited

Spanish content gets its own indexable pages with correct hreflang and localized schema, not a client-side translation widget. Engines cannot cite what they cannot crawl, so a translation overlay leaves you invisible in Spanish-language AI search.

By vertical

The same system, scoped to your rules

The mechanism is the same in every firm. What changes is the script, the disclosures, and what the system is allowed to say or store. That scoping happens before the build, not at review time.

Law firms

Disclaimers that survive the translation

Immigration, personal injury, and family practice in Miami-Dade run heavily in Spanish. The risk is not the intake script, it is the advertising disclosures: a required disclaimer that loses its meaning in translation is a compliance exposure in a second language that nobody at the firm is reading.

Fla. Bar Rules 4-7.11 to 4-7.22 apply to advertising in any language. Disclosures are separately drafted and reviewed in Spanish, not machine-translated.

Concierge and boutique medical

Scheduling in the patient's language, without clinical content

Intake, scheduling, and reminders run in both languages while staying administrative. Anything clinical routes to staff, which is the same boundary as the English system. Notices of privacy practices are handled as approved Spanish text rather than translated on the fly.

HIPAA applies identically in both languages. No protected health information in either, and language access obligations are a scoping input.

Wealth and family offices

Latin American families, evaluated in two languages

A family office serving Latin American principals is often read by a patriarch in Spanish and by their US counsel and CPA in English. Both versions have to carry the same precision and the same disclosures, because they will be compared.

SEC Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 disclosure requirements apply to Spanish materials. Disclosures are drafted, not translated.

Luxury real estate

The buyer in Sao Paulo at 11 pm

International buyers inquire on their clock and in their language, and the brokerage that answers first in that language gets the showing. Bilingual intake plus time-zone-aware booking is the whole advantage, and it is unavailable to an English-only competitor.

Fair housing applies to all languages, and offering materials in one language but not another can itself raise an issue. Both versions carry the same disclosures.

Aday Interactive, Inc. also builds this for accounting and CPA firms, consulting and advisory practices, architecture and design studios, marketing agencies, hospitality groups, multi-location and franchise operators, e-commerce brands, and B2B SaaS teams. See all industries.

What this does not do

This covers English and Spanish. We do not currently build Portuguese, Creole, or other languages to the same standard, and we would rather say so than deliver a weaker version. Bilingual intake also does not solve for a firm with no Spanish-speaking staff at all: the agent can carry the conversation, but if every escalation lands on someone who cannot continue it, the experience breaks at the handoff. We will raise that during scoping rather than after launch.

FAQ

Bilingual EN/ES Intake & Communication, FAQ

Can I not just use an automatic translation plugin?

You can, and it will hurt you in two ways. Translated copy reads as translated to a native speaker, which costs trust in exactly the purchase where trust decides. And client-side translation widgets are usually invisible to crawlers, so the Spanish version does not exist as far as search or AI engines are concerned.

What happens if a caller switches languages mid-call?

The agent follows. It does not restart, and it does not ask the caller to choose from a menu. This is normal speech in South Florida, and an agent that cannot handle it identifies itself as a machine in the most frustrating way possible.

Is machine translation ever acceptable?

For internal drafts and for low-stakes operational text, sometimes. For disclosures, disclaimers, and anything with legal meaning, no. A literal translation of a Bar disclaimer or an advisory disclosure can change what it legally says, and you would not know until someone raised it.

Do I need a separate Spanish website?

Not a separate site, but you do need real indexable Spanish pages with correct hreflang rather than an overlay. That way both versions can be crawled, ranked, and cited independently, which is the point.

Will this help us get recommended by AI engines in Spanish?

It is a precondition. An engine answering a Spanish-language query draws on Spanish-language sources it can read. A firm with no crawlable Spanish content is not a candidate for that answer. This is why bilingual and AI visibility work together.

What if nobody on my team speaks Spanish?

The agent can handle intake, booking, and follow-up end to end, which is a real gain. But escalations have to land somewhere, and if they land on someone who cannot continue the conversation, the prospect feels the drop. We will tell you during scoping if that gap makes the build inadvisable.

Does the ad copy get translated or rewritten?

Rewritten. Direct translation of ad copy performs badly because the idiom and the objection are different. Spanish creative is written against the Spanish-speaking prospect, then tested as its own campaign. See paid ads.

Do reviews and review requests work in both languages?

Yes. Requests go out in the language the client used, and a review left in Spanish gets a response in Spanish. A Spanish review answered in English reads worse than no answer at all.

Is this extra cost or included?

Bilingual is how we build by default in this market rather than an upsell line. Where it adds real scope is in content volume, since Spanish pages are authored rather than duplicated, and that is quoted transparently at scoping.

Which South Florida markets does this matter most for?

Coral Gables, Brickell, Doral, Hialeah, and Pinecrest most obviously, plus any firm with a Latin American referral pipeline regardless of where the office sits. In practice, for a Miami-Dade professional-services firm, bilingual is table stakes rather than a differentiator.
