HIPAA-conscious AI patient intake, after-hours triage, FTC-compliant review generation, and AI search visibility. Designed for practice owners who treat patient privacy as the architecture.

Aday Interactive, Inc. builds AI systems for Coral Gables, Brickell, and Miami-Dade healthcare practices. That includes HIPAA-conscious patient intake, after-hours triage, FTC-compliant review generation, and no-show reduction. We also build AI search visibility (GEO/AEO/SEO) tuned to the prompts patients type into ChatGPT and Perplexity. The architecture covers concierge medicine, direct primary care, dental groups, and specialty practices. Data flows respect HIPAA, FTC truth-in-advertising rules, and federal healthcare fraud-and-abuse statutes (Stark, Anti-Kickback) by design. For a deeper concierge-medicine focus, see the Concierge Medical AI page. Founder-led by Brandon Aday from Aday Interactive's office on Minorca Avenue.

Why us

Why Gables practices work with us.

HIPAA-conscious by design

For PHI-handling engagements we provision infrastructure covered by a Business Associate Agreement, with minimum-necessary-data prompts and no PHI in conversation logs by default. HIPAA is the architecture from day one, not patched in after a breach review.

The 5-minute lead window

Prospective patients are comparing three to five practices at 9 p.m. on a Tuesday. AI intake covers the after-hours and lunch-break gaps where most inquiries are lost today.

Bilingual EN/ES delivery

Essential for the international and Latin American patient pipeline flowing through Coral Gables, Brickell, and Coconut Grove. Bilingual intake, bilingual reminders, bilingual review requests.

Founder-led, walkable office

Senior strategy and engineering on every engagement. Office on Minorca Avenue, walkable from the Coral Gables healthcare corridor.

Practice fit

Built for the specific practice model.

Same HIPAA-conscious architecture. Intake fields and prompt content are tuned per practice type.

Concierge medicine

Membership-focused intake, after-hours triage, review generation. See the deeper concierge page.

Direct primary care

Membership onboarding, employer-group intake, seasonal-visit scheduling, prescription-refill request routing.

Dental groups

General, cosmetic, implant, pediatric, orthodontic. Emergency-triage intake, high-value consult booking, treatment-plan follow-up.

Specialty practices

Cardiology, dermatology, GI, endocrinology, orthopedics, executive physical programs. Referral-source coordination, acuity-aware triage.

HIPAA architecture

The privacy architecture, in plain terms.

When an engagement handles protected health information, we provision the platform's HIPAA controls and keep patient data on that covered path. Here is what that means, concretely.

A real BAA chain

For PHI-handling engagements we enable the platform's HIPAA controls and a Business Associate Agreement with the platform vendor, then sign a downstream BAA with your practice. The agreement is in place before any patient data moves.

AES-256 encryption at rest

Patient data is encrypted with the AES-256 standard before it is written to disk. Encryption keys are held in Google Cloud key management, with strict access controls and regular rotation.

Enforced MFA and access logging

Multi-factor authentication is required on every account that can reach patient data, and access is logged so there is an audit trail. Least-privilege access is set per role.

PHI stays out of the AI model

The AI agent qualifies and routes the inquiry, nothing more. Protected fields go to your EHR or scheduling system, never to the AI model provider, and no PHI is written to conversation logs by default.

Minimum-necessary intake

Prompts follow the minimum-necessary-data rule. The system collects only what it needs to qualify and book. Clinical detail waits until the patient is in front of your clinician.

Scoped and reviewed per engagement

Every build is scoped and reviewed on its own for HIPAA, applicable state privacy law, and FTC health-advertising rules. Your practice keeps its own HIPAA program. We architect for it, we do not replace it.

Healthcare Compliance Notice

Aday Interactive, Inc. is a technology firm, not a healthcare provider. Nothing on this page is medical, dental, or clinical advice. Content illustrates the technology architecture Aday Interactive, Inc. builds for healthcare clients. Each engagement is scoped and reviewed on its own for compliance with HIPAA, applicable state health privacy laws, and FTC truth-in-advertising rules. It is also reviewed against federal healthcare fraud-and-abuse statutes (Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute). Client practices remain solely responsible for compliance with their applicable licensure, credentialing, and payer requirements.

FAQ

AI for Coral Gables Healthcare Practices, Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of healthcare practices do you work with in Coral Gables?

We work with concierge medicine, direct primary care (DPC), and specialty practices (cardiology, dermatology, GI, endocrinology, orthopedics). We also serve executive physical programs, dental groups (general, cosmetic, implant, pediatric, orthodontic), and med spas as a distinct sub-vertical. Coral Gables, Brickell, and Coconut Grove are dense with each of these. The same HIPAA-conscious architecture applies across the group. Intake fields, prompt content, and follow-up sequences are tuned per practice.

How does AI patient intake stay HIPAA-conscious?

For engagements that handle protected health information, we provision infrastructure covered by a Business Associate Agreement, and patient-identifying data flows only through that BAA-covered path. By default, no PHI is written to AI conversation logs. Protected fields (date of birth, member ID, condition specifics, medication lists) go to the practice's EHR or scheduling system. They are not sent to the AI model provider. Minimum-necessary-data prompts keep the AI agent from asking for clinical detail. It qualifies and routes the inquiry, nothing more. HIPAA is the architecture, not a disclaimer bolted on afterward.

Why does the 5-minute lead window matter so much?

A prospective patient researching membership at 9 p.m. on a Tuesday is comparing three to five practices. The first practice to respond with a real person (or a real-feeling AI agent) usually wins the consultation. Widely cited lead-response research found that the odds of qualifying an inquiry fall sharply once the first few minutes pass, and keep falling over the following hour. AI intake covers the after-hours, lunch-break, and busy-front-desk gaps where most inquiries are lost today. Read our field note on the 5-minute window in concierge medicine.

How does AI review generation stay Stark and Anti-Kickback compliant?

The system sends a review request to every patient after check-out. Each message is written to comply with FTC truth-in-advertising rules and federal healthcare fraud-and-abuse statutes. That means no inducements, no compensation for reviews, no review-gating. Patients who report dissatisfaction go to the practice manager, not to a public review platform. The loop closes internally instead of externally. Over time this produces a steady, compliant flow of new reviews instead of sporadic manual asks.

What about no-show reduction and rebooking?

We send automated SMS and email reminders at 7 days, 24 hours, and 2 hours before the appointment. Each one includes one-click reschedule and confirmation. For high-acuity specialties (concierge cardiology, executive physicals, oral surgery), the practice manager adds a personal outreach 48 hours out. The goal is fewer no-shows and easier rebooking, without adding work for the front desk.

Can your AI system help our practice get cited by ChatGPT and Perplexity?

Yes. We build every page to earn citations. That means complete Physician and MedicalBusiness schema (or Dentist / DentalClinic for dental practices). We add Person schema for each clinician and FAQPage schema on every service page. It also means complete Healthgrades and Vitals profiles. We write content tuned to the prompts patients actually type into AI engines ('top concierge doctor Coral Gables', 'implant dentist Miracle Mile', 'executive physical Miami'). Read our GEO plain-English guide. We cannot guarantee how often AI engines cite you. They decide on their own which practices to recommend.

Do you have a page focused specifically on concierge medicine?

Yes. This page is the healthcare umbrella (concierge, DPC, dental, specialty). For a deeper concierge-medicine playbook, see the dedicated Concierge Medical AI page. It covers the 5-minute lead window field note, HIPAA architecture detail, and the concierge-specific review-generation cadence.
