Usage past the monthly allowance is invoiced at $0.03 per text segment and $0.25 per minute of AI voice. A long text can count as two segments.
For a practice that is a covered entity, Aday Interactive, Inc. sets up the HIPAA-enabled configuration and signs a Business Associate Agreement at onboarding. The intake flow is configured for minimum-necessary access, and health details stay out of channels the practice has not secured.
