Run a real audit against your firm's website. We check the same things AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity look at before they recommend anyone. You get a clear score and the gaps that matter most.
The preview is free. The full report becomes the plan for the work that follows.
This is the preview slice: the headline findings, top quick wins, and a per‑area gap rating. The full report unlocks below. It includes the written findings with the counts behind each one, both action lists for every area, and a roadmap priced in points.
You get the written findings for each area with the counts behind them, what your team can do and what we would deliver, and a roadmap priced in points that your team (or ours) can execute. You also keep three PDFs, everything from the steps below, plus a branded report and a 15‑minute findings call with Brandon.

This audit reads the on-page signals we can see today. AI visibility itself is measured over time, because Citation Footprint, whether an engine actually names your firm, shifts from one run to the next. When we track it we separate two things: a mention is your name appearing in an answer, and a citation is your firm being recommended as the answer. We watch your reappearance rate too, how often you come back across repeated runs of the same question, because a single check can mislead. The fastest way to spot-check yourself between reports is Perplexity, which searches live and shows its sources. No engine guarantees a citation. We architect for it, measure where you appear and where you do not, and report the movement.
Schedule your 15-minute walk-through with Brandon.
We'll go through your findings live, answer questions on any specific gap area, and talk through the path forward. No additional charge. It's part of the report.
The next rung is the Founder-Led AI Growth Audit ($97): the full audit of every page, which Brandon reviews and signs, paired with the AEO Step-by-Step mini-course. When you're ready for done-for-you execution, the Firm Map ($197) verifies every fact about your firm, and the AI Visibility Intensive (from $2,700) turns it into the structured data AI reads on up to 10 pages of your site and rewrites the parts of those pages AI reads. Schema in a Week (from $750) is the lighter option: the structured data only.
Five on-page areas, each counted from your site and rated Low, Medium, or High gap. Entity clarity: does your firm's name appear on the five surfaces AI engines read (the title tag, og:site_name, og:title, the meta description, and the JSON-LD name), on every page? Schema coverage: how many pages carry structured data, and is your business node on every page, with a WebSite node? FAQ content: how many marked-up questions you publish and how long the answers are. Internal linking: whether every page in your sitemap is linked from another page. Industry and authorship signals: the markup that says what kind of firm you are, plus the named, credentialed people and article bylines an engine can assess. We read the HTML that AI crawlers receive, the same bytes, without running JavaScript.
The free preview gives your score and the gap rating for each of the five areas, by email, right away. The $14.97 report adds the written findings with the count tables behind each one, what your team can do and what we would deliver for each area, a roadmap priced in points on the same scale as your score, the technical findings, a branded PDF, a 15-minute findings call with Brandon, and your AI Visibility library. The $14.97 audit is a quick read of a sample of your site. The Founder-Led AI Growth Audit ($97) reads every page and drafts the questions and markup your site is missing, and Brandon reviews and signs it.
The score is a weighted sum of the five counted areas, scaled to 100: Entity Clarity and Schema Coverage carry the most weight, then FAQ content, industry and authorship signals, and internal linking. A Low gap earns 92 percent of an area's weight, Medium 62 percent, and High 18 percent, so the score runs from 18 to 92, never 0 to 100. Every gap is decided by a count from your pages, on the server, by a fixed rule, so the same site always produces the same score. The AI writes the explanations; it does not set the gaps or the number.
Invisible (18 to 30): an engine cannot tell from your site who you are. Emerging (31 to 55): real business, but the site is hard for an engine to read, usually missing structured data, FAQ content, or a consistent name. Discoverable (56 to 80): an engine can identify you, but on-page gaps remain that keep it from preferring you. AI-Native (81 to 92): nothing material is left to fix on the site itself. The band describes what your site gives an engine to work with; it is not a promise about what any AI product will say.
No, and the score never pretends to. The audit measures the on-page signals those engines read before they decide who to cite. Whether an engine actually names you can only be measured by asking it the same set of questions over time, alongside your Google Search Console data. That citation testing is part of the off-site program of the 90-Day Visibility Plan, together with building bylines and directory profiles. The report describes both, and neither is scored.
Entity clarity is how sure an AI engine can be that it has the right firm. The audit checks five literal surfaces on every page it reads: the title tag, og:site_name, og:title, the meta description, and the JSON-LD name, and reports how many pages carry your name on each one. The most common failures are a page title that reads "Home", a meta description that describes the work without naming the firm, and structured data that spells the business name two different ways. A firm can have beautiful branding and still rate High on entity clarity if the metadata is wrong.
Vertical-specific schema tells an engine what kind of firm you are. Law firms: LegalService and Attorney. Medical and health practices: MedicalBusiness or Physician. Wealth managers and RIAs: FinancialService. Brokerages: RealEstateAgent. Accounting firms: AccountingService. Using only the generic Organization type in a regulated field leaves specialty questions, like "estate planning attorney in Miami", without a structured answer. The same area checks authorship: whether the people behind your content are named in markup with their credentials.
Yes. Enter any publicly accessible domain. The audit reads the site the way an AI crawler does and scores it on the same five areas, so running it on a competitor gives you a concrete, like-for-like comparison of what each site gives an engine to work with.
Usually under a minute. The system finds your pages through your sitemap, or by following links from the homepage when there is none, and reads up to 80 of them inside that time. It counts the five entity surfaces, every structured data type, and every FAQ question on each page, then applies the scoring rules. Every report states how many pages it read out of how many it found, so a sample is never presented as a whole-site review. The findings call with Brandon is a separate 15-minute booking.
A low score is a roadmap, not a verdict. Most low scores share one pattern: the firm name and the structured data are not in place, which is code-level work that usually ships in one to two weeks and moves most firms to Discoverable on its own. The next step, FAQ answers on your service pages written to the length engines extract from, plus clean internal links, is what reaches AI-Native. The roadmap in the report puts these in order and prices each step in points. Off-site authority and citation testing come after, in the 90-Day Plan.
Any professional-services firm, and most other organizations. The five on-page areas apply everywhere. The industry signals area checks for the markup that fits the field you select: law (LegalService, Attorney), health (MedicalBusiness, Physician), wealth management (FinancialService), real estate (RealEstateAgent), accounting (AccountingService), software (SoftwareApplication), and professional services in general (ProfessionalService). The Founder-Led audit also drafts FAQ answers and markup written for your field, from what your own site says.
