Aday Interactive, Inc. is not a new company. We have built websites and digital systems for established businesses since 2002. What is new is the focus. In 2026 we are relaunching around one idea: over the next decade, the firms that keep earning good clients will be the ones AI search engines learn to find, trust, and cite by name. So this is the story of that relaunch, the experience behind it, and how we think about AI for firms whose reputation is the business.

What this blog will cover

Before the story, here is what to expect from this blog: long-form field notes from the build, published roughly weekly.

  • AI Visibility playbooks for each ICP vertical. The law-firm and wealth-management ones are published. Concierge medical and luxury real estate are live now too.
  • Compliance architecture: how we design AI systems for HIPAA, bar advertising, SEC Marketing Rule, and fair-housing constraints from day one, not as a retrofit.
  • Measurement and ROI: what citation frequency, citation position, and citation language actually tell you about an AI Visibility engagement.
  • Architecture and build patterns: how we structure Next.js + PHP dual-stack sites, private RAG over proprietary firm data, bilingual AI intake flows.
  • The Fractional Chief AI Officer model: who it's for, how it's priced, when firms graduate to in-house.

Why we are relaunching for 2026

The original firm was incorporated in Miami in 2002, and for two decades it built custom sites and digital systems for established businesses, often alongside a full-time career in enterprise technology. For most of that time, being found meant ranking on Google. That is changing. A growing share of high-value searches now end in a single AI answer that names one or two firms and skips the rest. There is no page of links to scroll, because the engine has already done the comparing. A firm can rank well on Google and still never appear in that answer, since the signals that earn a citation are not the same ones that earned a ranking.

Relaunching for 2026 is our response to that shift. Same firm, same founder, a sharper focus. Today Aday Interactive, Inc. works from 338 Minorca Avenue, Coral Gables with established professional firms whose growth depends on reputation: law firms, concierge medical and direct primary care practices, wealth managers and family offices, and luxury real estate brokerages.

Why we exist

Reputation-driven firms already have the hard part: real expertise and a name people trust. What they usually lack is the structure to turn that into visibility and pipeline, now that buyers so often ask an AI engine who to hire before they ask a person. When these firms go looking for help, they tend to find two kinds of shortfall. Generalist digital agencies add "AI" to their existing service lines, but do not have the engineering depth to build real systems, or the instinct for the rules these firms live under: bar advertising, HIPAA, the SEC Marketing Rule, federal fair housing. Software-resale shops configure off-the-shelf platforms, but cannot write a compliance framework, build a custom copilot, or design a site to be cited in an AI answer.

So there is room for a third option: a firm that brings senior engineering, a real feel for each industry's rules, and AI-search architecture to the same engagement. That is the gap Aday Interactive, Inc. was rebuilt to fill.

Four disciplines, all founder-led

We work across four disciplines. Most firms start with one and add the others over time.

  • AI Visibility (GEO, AEO, AI-powered SEO): the work of making your firm one that ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews find, trust, and cite by name when a prospect asks who to hire. It is part engineering and part editorial, and we report on where you stand every month.
  • Custom AI & Fractional Chief AI Officer: the internal copilots, models, and data work a firm needs, plus senior AI leadership when there is no one in-house to own it. Everything is built to fit the rules your firm already lives under, whether that is bar advertising, HIPAA, the SEC Marketing Rule, or fair housing.
  • AI Growth Systems: bilingual AI agents that answer every voice call, text, web chat, and social message in under 60 seconds, backed by one CRM, steady follow-up, and dashboards you can actually read. It usually goes live in one to two weeks, and it runs inside accounts the firm owns, not ours.
  • Custom Web & SaaS: the firm sites, platforms, and rebuilds that everything else sits on, with the AEO and GEO foundation designed in from the first page rather than bolted on later. We build in whatever stack fits, usually Next.js, PHP, and Postgres.

Who we serve

Four kinds of reputation-driven firms sit at the center of the practice, across the Miami-Dade corridor and selectively across the Americas:

  • Law firms, where intake has to respect Florida Bar Rule 4-7, conflicts, and privilege, and where being named in a ChatGPT or Perplexity answer now shapes who gets the first call.
  • Concierge medical & DPC practices, where AI intake has to stay HIPAA-conscious, after-hours questions still need a real answer, and a prospective patient rarely waits more than five minutes to hear back.
  • Wealth managers & family offices, where every public word has to sit right with the SEC Marketing Rule (Rule 206(4)-1), and trust is earned slowly through the kind of writing that lands in Barron's or the Forbes Finance Council.
  • Luxury real estate brokerages, where intake has to honor the federal Fair Housing Act, most of the buyer pipeline through Miami is Spanish-first, and the international buyer often meets the firm through an AI answer before meeting a person.

These four are where we go deepest, not the whole list. We also work with accounting and consulting firms, agencies and design studios, e-commerce and DTC brands, B2B SaaS and tech startups, hospitality, multi-location and franchise operators, and fintech, along with enterprise teams that need production-grade AI built and governed properly. The through-line is simple: if your growth depends on intake quality, AI search visibility, and steady operations, the fit is usually there. The full list is on our industries page.

We work in person across South Florida and remotely across the United States. Bilingual delivery in English and Spanish is standard. The international and Latin American client pipeline through Coral Gables, Brickell, and Doral is largely Spanish-first.

Who is behind the firm

Aday Interactive, Inc. is founder-led by Brandon Aday, and this relaunch grew out of his own path. He did not come from a business family. He taught himself technology in a high-school computer business and doing early web work at an internet service provider, spent seven years at Microsoft, and led search, analytics, and the Univision-branded direct-to-consumer products across Univision and Catalina. He went on to build an analytics practice at Cascade Financial Technology and joined Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, where he was a founding member of the AI/ML team formed in 2024. That combination, enterprise scale under real compliance plus two decades of founder-run building, is what the firm brings to reputation-driven firms.

The full story, from the high-school computer business to production AI inside a large enterprise, is on the About page.

That is the relaunch: a firm with a long history, a new focus for 2026, and a foundation built on both enterprise scale and years of founder-run building. If you are thinking about how AI search will learn to recommend firms like yours, the rest of this blog is written for you. And if you would like to talk, our contact page is open.

FAQ

About Aday Interactive, FAQ

Who is Aday Interactive, Inc.?

Aday Interactive, Inc. is a founder-led AI systems firm based at 338 Minorca Avenue, Suite 202, Coral Gables, FL. Brandon Aday founded the firm in 2002 and relaunched it as an AI-native practice in 2026. We work only with established professional services businesses whose growth depends on reputation: law firms, concierge medical and direct primary care practices, wealth managers and family offices, and luxury real estate brokerages. We architect for AI search visibility, build custom AI systems, and run intelligent intake and CRM infrastructure. We also deliver bespoke web and SaaS. All of it sits under one founder-led roof.

What does Aday Interactive actually do, in one paragraph?

We make established professional firms ones AI engines can find, trust, and cite by name when prospects ask who to hire. The work spans four disciplines. AI Visibility (GEO/AEO/SEO) earns citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. Custom AI and Fractional Chief AI Officer covers bespoke internal copilots, ML models, and senior AI leadership with regulated-industry governance. AI Growth Systems answer every inbound lead in under 60 seconds with bilingual AI agents, unified CRM, automated follow-up, and revenue dashboards. Custom Web & SaaS delivers bespoke firm sites and custom platforms with the AEO/GEO foundation designed in from the first page.

Why does Aday Interactive exist as a firm?

Because the firms we serve are caught between two failure modes today. That holds across law, concierge medical, wealth, and luxury real estate. Generalist digital agencies bolt "AI" onto existing service lines. They lack architectural training and regulated-industry instinct (bar advertising, HIPAA, SEC Marketing Rule, fair housing). Software-resale shops configure off-the-shelf platforms with limited engineering depth. Reputation-driven firms need a third option: a specialist AI systems firm that combines senior engineering, vertical compliance instinct, and AI-search architecture in one engagement. That third option is what Aday Interactive, Inc. exists to provide.

Who runs Aday Interactive, and what is the founder's background?

Brandon Aday, M.B.A., is Founder and President, with 20+ years bridging technical engineering and business strategy. That includes seven years at Microsoft (developer marketing and LATAM digital strategy), leadership in search, analytics, and social media at Univision Communications, marketing and growth at Catalina, and a data analytics practice he built from inception at Cascade Financial Technology. He joined Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in 2021 on analytics and data science, and was a founding member of its AI/ML team when it formed in 2024, co-architecting through 2026 Sippy (the company's first multi-agent AI chatbot) and SGEYE Menu (a dual-engine OCR and LLM pipeline processing 600,000+ items with 12 to 15% accuracy improvements on high-value products). He holds an MBA in Technology Management, is ABD on a PhD in Organization and Management at Capella University, and carries 50+ certifications spanning IBM, Duke University, Google, Meta, UPenn, and Microsoft. How does Aday Interactive engage with new clients?

New clients usually begin with a short, private consultation. If it is a good fit, the first two weeks produce a written AI visibility plan and architecture review that the firm keeps either way. A focused build then implements it. Engagements are founder-led and run inside the client's own accounts, so the firm always owns its data, code, and tools. We measure the work in outcomes that matter, like consultations booked and clients signed, rather than impressions or keyword ranks. Reach out through our contact page or call 305-209-8453, and we respond within one business day.
