For a practice that is a covered entity. Aday Interactive, Inc. sets up the HIPAA-enabled configuration, scopes the voice agent to scheduling with no health details, and signs a Business Associate Agreement before first login. Guided setup is required with it, and the first HIPAA seat carries a 3-month minimum, the one exception to no contract. Solo is for businesses that are not covered entities.
Usage past the monthly allowance is invoiced at $0.03 per text segment and $0.25 per minute of AI voice. A long text can count as two segments.

A Growth Systems Intensive ($1,950) or a 90-day implementation (from $4,500) designs and builds a system around your practice, on the same seat, so nothing is thrown away if you start with the product and grow into the build.
If your practice bills insurance electronically, including through your EHR or a billing service, you are almost certainly a covered entity under HIPAA and will need it. If you take no insurance and send no claims, you may not be. One covered service makes the whole practice covered. Aday Interactive, Inc. will not decide your status for you; ask your compliance counsel. Either way, health details are handled with care on every seat.
