Live when you walk out

  • One pipeline: stages that match how your firm actually sells, one owner per lead, team alerts, and a stale-lead view for a weekly 30-minute review.
  • Your contacts, cleaned: up to 2,500 contacts imported from one spreadsheet, duplicates merged, with source and consent status recorded for email and text.
  • Follow-up for every new inquiry: a 7-day email and text sequence that stops the moment the person replies or books. Texts go only to people who agreed to them.
  • Win-back for past inquiries: a three-message email sequence for inquiries that never booked: a check-in, something useful, and an open door. Then it stops.
  • Quarterly nurture for past clients: one useful, approved message each quarter, with your postal address and a working unsubscribe link, so past clients come back and refer.
  • 30 days on the platform: in your own account, in your firm's name. After that, the seat is yours to keep from $349 a month, plus messaging at cost. If you already keep a seat from another Aday Interactive, Inc. build, this one is built in the same account, with no second seat.
  • The prep pack, ten business days before: the day your seat invoice is paid we open your account on the platform in your firm's name (or use the one you already have), submit your carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) under your business, and send the access checklist and DNS records, so the five hours are spent building.

What is live when I walk out?

Email sends once your sending domain verifies. Texting switches on once carrier and platform approval clears.

Is it done for me or with me?

Done with you, not done for you. We build alongside you so you leave owning a system you understand and control. You must be the decision-maker who can approve the wording of client messages in the room.

Where does it happen and how long is it?

It is a one-day, in-person build at our Coral Gables studio, in a founding cohort capped at 4 owners. It runs on the fourth Thursday of every month, from a 1:00 PM kickoff to a 6:00 PM handoff. What do I need before I apply?

The authority to approve client messages, and before the day, your contacts in one spreadsheet (up to 2,500), access to the email domain you send from so we can set up sending records, and your business details for the texting registration (legal name, EIN, and address). A short fit call confirms the seat before you are invoiced, and no card is required to apply.

Why is texting not live the same day?

US carriers block business texting from a number until its brand and campaign are registered (A2P 10DLC). We submit it the day your invoice is paid, but approval depends on the carriers and the platform, so we do not promise a date. Your texts are built and tested in the room and switch on the moment approval clears. If you already text from a registered campaign, texting can be live on the day.

What about the rules for regulated firms?

Then the Growth Systems Intensive ($1,950) is the better step.
