Within five business days you receive the written pack for everything that comes after. This is the day for the firm that wants the plan and a working system, one on one.

It answers common questions on your website from information you approve, and hands the visitor to booking or to a person. It does not give legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. AI usage is included for the first month. After that you choose usage billed at cost, itemized each month, or an unlimited AI option.
US carriers block business texting from a number until its brand and campaign are registered (A2P 10DLC). We submit it the day your invoice is paid, but approval depends on the carriers and the platform, so we do not promise a date. Your follow-up texts are built and tested on the day and switch on the moment approval clears. If you bring a number that already texts from a registered campaign, texting can be live on the day. If you port an existing number, the carriers set the timing, and you keep a forwarding number in the meantime.
Pay the invoice; that is what lets us open your account on the platform in your firm's name and start the clock. Ten business days before, you get a short prep pack, including the questions and approved answers for your AI chat: your EIN and address for carrier registration, the sign-in links for your calendar and Google Business Profile, DNS records for your IT to add so email can send from your domain, and whether you want a new number or to port your existing one. We submit the registration on your account and check everything three days before the day. If you already run on the platform, we work in your existing account and confirm its registration instead.
Yes. The sub-account is included through 30 days after your day, with the automations we built in it. After that it is yours to keep from $349 a month as a seat, plus messaging and AI usage, or, if you start the Implementation within 60 days, the Intensive credits in full toward it and the account continues inside it.
Within five business days you get a written pack: the Growth Systems Blueprint, a KPI dashboard specification, a 90-day implementation sequence your team, or ours, can execute, an ownership matrix, and a compliance checklist for your messages and review requests.

The Intensive is $1,950, paid before the day is booked. If we execute the blueprint for you and you start within 60 days of the Intensive, the full $1,950 credits toward the Implementation, which starts at $5,000. Earlier steps, like the $500 Reputation Engine Lab or the $950 Reputation Engine, Done for You, are priced on their own and do not credit toward the Intensive.
The Reputation Engine Lab ($500) is a group afternoon with up to three other owners for your Google profile, review requests, missed-call text-back and website capture. The Intensive ($1,950) is one on one with Brandon on your real numbers: the diagnosis, the written blueprint, and booking, follow-up, no-show recovery, pipeline and AI-assisted chat built in your account. The Implementation (from $5,000) is the full system installed, launched and tuned over 90 days, done for you. You can start at any of them. The only credit is the Intensive, which counts in full toward the Implementation when you start within 60 days.
