Yes, and it is the only way Google allows. Google prohibits asking only the clients you expect to be happy, and the FTC bans paying or rewarding reviews. The Lab sends the same request to every client at the same moment, and the reply library is written so you never confirm a client relationship in public, which matters for law, medical, and financial firms.
US carriers block business texting from a number until its brand and campaign are registered (A2P 10DLC). We submit it the day your invoice is paid, but approval depends on the carriers and the platform, so we do not promise a date. Your text-back is built and tested in the room and switches on the moment approval clears. If you bring a number that already texts from a registered campaign, texting can be live on the day.

A working website you can add a line of code to, owner or manager access to your Google Business Profile, and the authority to change both. A short fit call confirms the seat before you are invoiced, and no card is required to apply. Ten business days before the lab you get a short prep pack: your EIN and address for carrier registration, sign-in links for your calendar and Google Business Profile, DNS records for your IT, and your choice of a new number or porting your existing one. No. The Lab builds the reputation and capture basics every firm needs first. Online booking, multi-step follow-up, no-show recovery, and AI-assisted chat trained on your approved answers come in the Growth Systems Intensive. Custom AI tools built for your firm are a separate service.
The seat includes 30 days on the platform. The Lab is priced on its own, and it does not credit toward the next step. If you want more later, the $1,950 Growth Systems Intensive adds a diagnosis of your numbers, booking, follow-up, no-show recovery, a dashboard, and AI-assisted chat on top of what you built here.
