The Web Development Build Lab is a fast start, not our full custom build. In one day at our Coral Gables studio you build a clean, up-to-five-page WordPress site with us, in a small capped cohort of three to five owners, never solo. You approve decisions on the spot and leave in about five hours with a site you own and understand, plus an intake engine running in your own account from day one. It is a functional starting point, not the multi-week custom build (original design, more pages, custom code, migrations); that is a separate track.
What you receive
Everything is yours from day one. The first thing we do in the room is open your own account on the automation platform, in your firm’s name and on your card. We then build the whole system inside it, so nothing has to be migrated later and nothing switches off if you and I stop working together. The platform runs about $97 a month, paid by you directly to the provider, who also handles your account support. You keep the WordPress site outright and can move it to any host with a standard export. We may earn a referral commission when you open that account, which never changes what you pay.
The Lab builds a marketing site, not a platform. If you need a client portal or multi-role logins, book a Discovery Call and we’ll scope the custom track.
