What do you build for $950?

Five things, done for you in your own account on our platform: your Google Business Profile tuned (categories, services, details, hours, appointment link, photos, description); a review request that goes to every client by text and email when the work is marked complete, with one reminder; alerts for new reviews with an approved reply library; a missed-call text-back from your business number; and your website form flowing into one pipeline with an instant reply. Replies to reviews are never automated.

How is this different from the Reputation Engine Lab?

It is the same system. The Lab ($500) builds it with you in one in-person afternoon at our Coral Gables studio, with up to three other owners, so you learn it as it goes up. Done for You ($950) is built for you remotely, one to one, so it takes none of your time. You choose between your afternoon and our week. Each is priced on its own, and neither credits toward the next step.

What happens after the first 30 days?

Your build includes 30 days on the platform in your own account, in your firm's name. After that, the seat is yours to keep from $349 a month, plus messaging at cost. One seat covers every engine you add later. If you choose not to keep it, the build stays in your account but the seat features pause.

Is asking every client for a review allowed?

Yes, and it is the only way Google allows. Google prohibits asking only the clients you expect to be happy, and the FTC bans paying or rewarding reviews. The reply library is written so you never confirm a client relationship in public, which matters for law, medical, and financial firms.

How long does it take?

We scope and invoice first, and the build starts once payment clears. The same day, we submit your texting registration with the carriers (A2P 10DLC). Approval timing is set by the carriers, not by us. Your profile, review engine, and website capture are built while you wait, and everything is live within 10 business days of approval.

What do you need from me?

Manager access to your Google Business Profile, a working website you can add a line of code to, your business details for the texting registration (legal name, EIN, and address), and your choice of a new number or porting your existing one. One short call to confirm when the review request should go out.

Does this help with AI search?

It helps the inputs. Google and the AI tools that answer questions about local firms read your Business Profile and your reviews, so accurate facts and a steady flow of recent reviews give them better material. We do not promise rankings or citations.
